[Resolved]  M/S Timtara Website — Non compliance of Purchase order

Sir,

I am Bharat Singh from Rail Coach Factory, Kapurthala (Punjab),

I had booked one purchase order on 04/11/2012 for a Samsung CE104VD 28 Ltr Convection Microwave Oven(SCE104) for Rs. 9, 490/- with timtara.com, an online business website of M/s InfoSecure Consulting Pvt Ltd, B-26, Second Floor, Sector 8, Noida - Uttar Pradesh-201301, Phone: +91.[protected].

The Shipping address was :
Saroj Nigam
C/O Dr. G.K. Nigam, H.No. 354, 1st Floor, A-Block, Govindpuram,
Ghaziabad, UTTAR PRADESH 201001 India
Mobile Number: [protected]

The material was to be delivered with in 21 days from the booking of the order but it is awaited till now. I had contacted so many times with customer care. Every time, they ensured me that the material will be shipped with in 6-7 days. I visited timtara's office in person on 18/01/2013. They again assured me to be shipped with in 4 days. BUT NOT TILL NOW.

I also contacted with them thru email, details emails are given below of this complaint.

Sir, this website seems to be a fraud. There are so many customers who are suffering this this. You are requested investigate the same and help me with so many customers.

It is to over the period of 6-7 days as per your commitment for shipping the material but I have not received any information about the shipment from your side.
It shows Timtara’s week will power of the working. Timtara is only making fool the customers. The comments given on your website regarding the beautifulness of your online business are yours own’s not the customers and are to attract the innocence customers.
It is to much….., now, I again request you to cancel my order and revert back the payment in to my bank account.

See, it was a procurement order and payment was given in advance. This product is available in market therefore, there is no question for accepting the inferior/ lower product.

Dear Kangan,
Please refer my trailing mail of 25.12.2012, in which I had clarified my opinion about your offer of 21 Ltr convection instead of 28 Ltr.
It is again surprising me that you had requested for 6-7 working days for shipping the product vide your email of dated 18.12.2012. Now it is again more then the double time passed but you have not shipped the material.

I had approached with you so many times but it seems that TIMTARA has decided to cheat the customer. Once the money received from customer then it is of TIMTARA. If you think so then you are committing the mistakes.

Now let me know, that why should not I proceed to Consumer Forum to take action against TIMTARA? It is for your information and necessary action please. Please revert-back to me with in 02 days or earlier.

As Timtara.com, a business website is registered on your name and you are doing the online business activities through it. I had placed an order through your website on you on 04/11/2012. More then 02 months have been passed but the material is not being delivered to me. I had contacted to youe customer care so many times, they only give assurance to me that your material will be shipped in next 6-7 days. Complaint tickets have also been raised but all in vain. You can go through my trailing mails.

Now please cancel my order and refund the entire money to me. Please do not provoke me to go for legal proceedings.
Please take an URGENT action. I will also visit your office shortly also.
