The people are totally fraud, they have sent an used item, nobody picked the phone, mail ID is also fraud, mails are bounced back. I am going to file a police complaint.

              My order was placed by my mother Pramila Rao. We received a broken machine, we have been trying to call since yesterday but no one lifts the call. On sending messages via whatsapp, the team views the messages, we get blue ticks for the messages but no reply. The product is worth 5000. Please take the product back and arrange for a full refund. Meanwhile our lawyer is filing a case for all the harassment we have been through.

                            I ordered from website and they send wrong product which is very cheap rate and low quality.

                            after i called to customer care they never pick up calls so i place new order to get call from them and they call me and i explained this all things so they tell me to send photos of wrong product to whatsapp number which is same as customer care number ([protected])

                            after send all photos to this number they don't see photos and not pick-up calls again they just lying.

                            so don't place order again
