I have ordered a "london looks polo t-shirts (Pack of 5) from onlineclues.com on march 2018, amounting rs.899 and 100 rupees shipping charge. My order no. Is cin1416265. I have received a product on 24 march, 2018. The shirts are described very good quality product on website. But in reality when i received order, the product is very cheap in quality and colour is also very different.in short, 100% fake description. Moreover, there is stated in website that"easy" return policy but in reality, they are not responding and picking up the call. I have been calling many times from these numbers [protected]/[protected] from last 24 hours but the number always comes busy. So please take some action against them and do the needful as early as possible.

Updated by Anishkumar R Their reply is not convincing it is only a system generated message. The item received and description shown is very different and quality is also very poor.I need the same item ordered through website or refund the amount as early as possible.Take necessary actions against the complaint. I believe your kind co-operation support.
