Onsitego — harman kardon lg tv 49 | |||
Assuming to get a proper response. We had purchased 49uh77ot harman kardamman design lg tv from croma gtb with extended warranty from onsite in 2016. Two years tv was awesome but the screen had a issue which lg people said cannot be repaired so replacement would be done. Since 18th march we have no tv at home. No replacement done till time. The product 49sk8500 model was assured to be replaced on 20th april then delayed to 26th of april and on 25th lg staff ram very arrogant calls and says the product cannot be delivered. When asked what is the timeline for resolution of dis problem they say it takes a lot of time. Already 2 months have gone and we have no tv. We had requested a tv as per the specifications of our tv which i think could have been easily resolved earlier. But delay was done from whose fault i fail to understand. Request onsite and brand lg to take a look in this matter and resolve the problem. Was this information helpful? | |||
