Respected sir/madam, Hi my name is kusum roy, i recently got a call for the part time job, one lady called me and tell me about the captcha code filling that i have to fill 10, 000 captcha in 10 days in which 90% should be correct and they send me one link through which one app had opened where they said to upload my photo and signature along with they asked me to send my adharcard photo in email id and i have send them after few minutes they send me a agreement where they put my signature and photo without my permission and there it was written that if i didn't complete it in time or if 90% will not correct then i have to pay the penalty of rs 5000/- and i was unaware about the agreement. Now i found it fraud so please help me from this fraud contract. Please help me to resolve my problem a quick action will be expected from my side. Thanking you Was this information helpful? | |
Feb 25, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I was in the trap of a fake company then I have mentioned my problem in consumer complaint and after some time one officer called me and asked about my problem in detail and asked for the numbers from which I got a call then after few time they called back me and said that my problem has been resolved.

My problem has been solved .it was a trapped to take money any way.
All who are getting threatning calls from optrica technology fraud. Don't be afraid because company is already fraud and they just trying to fool you to get money. If they say that they will send notice to your home then ask them to send it. Believe me they won't send you anything.

Sir I am sheebaAneesh I work your company but in that time my delivery, i have a baby in that time I'm not completed your work because my delivery then 25 th Feb 2019 an advocate call me meera bhatt call me and told me they will charge a case against me and I come to Maharashtra court to pay the penalty, and the next day I pay her penalty 14950 next day another advocate call me, they need my signature and I come to Maharashtra court but I got a baby in 28 days in that time so I'm not come at the evening your advocate meera bhatt tells me she will close my file today and she gives Noc today March 26 2019 I got a message from your side they re opened my case under section 70 and 75
