I am a customer of ortel communications and my membership number is 01373481. For these past 20 days - my first complaint was registered on 11th march - i have been facing problem re internet, when from evening, around 6, to
Morning, the internet connection lapses so that even a google page wouldn't open. This has been happening every day for the last 20 days. I have complained to them so many times and they are yet to resolve my problem, even after 20 days. And this company has a history of poor and irresponsible customer service. Kindly look into this grievance of mine and help me in this regard.

Updated by DebabrataSahoo123 This is just pathetic. They had called me to say that they had resolved the problem on 2nd April, and the problem was, indeed, resolved. But after one day, we are back to square one. Today is 4th April, and again from 6 pm onward I am facing this problem so that I am forced to write this complaint by using by mobile data pack. Kindly look into this matter and ask this company to either solve their customers' problems or return the money they have paid last month. If this problem continues to bother me, I won't be paying this month's bill and won't be returning the modem.

Updated by DebabrataSahoo123 And kindly ask them to solve this problem as quickly as possible. Because I have been facing this problem for quite sometime. And they are borderline harassing their customers now.

Updated by DebabrataSahoo123 I am sorry, but today is 8th April and we are back to facing this problem. I won't be paying any money this month if this continues to happen frequently. I cannot believe they give such pathetic services.

From yesterday morning there is no signals. Last week also we suffered a lot so what is the reason behind it. Our payment is up to date so why is this harassment
