Dear Sir / Madam,
I would like to lodge my complain that, Internet and The. V. Cable service was provided in our INTUC (Rashtriya MajdurCongress Office Located at 5RF-1,
M. G. Marg, Unit-3, Bhubaneswar, on the way from PMG to Mastercanteen, bac side of Police Tent on payment vide M. R. No. 111817 dated, 19.1.2019 that to after deposit of two months for new connection. Service has been disconnection and not restored from 3.5.2019 and no bill has been received till date for knowing consumer no.
