[Resolved] Ortel Communications — dissatisfying services | |||
Starting from the day of installation, the installation was delayed up to 10 days from the date of assurance and the broadcasting signal problem was very frequent. Even the disconnection of the service was very arduous. The most stressful was the respondents who were least helpful to the complains and to the service matter. I concur that. My membership number is 01373481 and I have been facing problems for sometime now. The internet connection has been fluctuating from evening to morning since 11th march and they are yet to do anything. When I had first installed their internet almost two years ago, for the first four months the internet speed was so slow that even a google page would barely open. They have the worst customer service
