Ortel communications is tarnishing its own brand image in odisha (Whatever it had already!!), we have ortel broadband connection for which we pay timely still they are so bad in addressing complaints that we wait days for the net to work if once the network runs out. They are not bothered to even resolve the issue as after several complaints also they keep on saying we will resolve it in no time... Was this information helpful? | |||||

My membership number is 01373481 and I have been facing the same problem for a long time now. Ortel Communications do not care about their customers. From evening onwards the net starts fluctuating so much that I have to rely on my jio data pack for internet. It is quite pathetic that the problem I had first registered on 11th march is yet to be resolved after almost a month.
