Ortel has stopped operations in kolkata since august 2018. I have paid rs 7850 as an advance to ortel comunications By cheque no 020230 (Icici bank, dtd 8/1/18) For twelve months subscriprtion on 8th january 18 And will be valid till december 2018 as per plan. I received the service till end of july 2018. I received 7 months service. Please refund 5 months subscription fees rs 3271 Immediately.
