Cust no 977603. Ortel communication is not providing sony tv, package since long. Cwg games, nba games and now fifa world cup is denied to the customers besides entertainment deprive. While the amount for the package is charged from customer, then why these services are denied. If i may suggest, ortel network shall discontinue services in market so that customers can shift to other facilitators. Pse act expeditiously to retain your customer base. 2.
