[Resolved] Ortel Communications — poor internet connection | |||
I have already complained about this problem of mine before and am updating it. I am a customer of ortel communications - my membership number is[protected] and have been availing their services for two years now and am sad to say that my experience has been extremely poor. Their customer services called me on 2nd april to tell me that my complaint has been resolved, and on 4th april, i am again facing the same problem, so that i have to write this complaint using my mobile data pack. This company has a history of neglecting their customers' grievances and have utter disdain for them. For the first four months of my internet services, the speed was so slow that even a google page would not open. And yet we would keep on paying our bills diligently, which we have always done without failure. They themselves don't pay the companies from which they buy channels and we have to suffer because they remove out favourite channels from the bouquet. But kindly look into this particular matter and help me. My first complaint was on 11th march. I have also uploaded a video to show you how long it takes to open a simple web-page.
