I did recharge of Rs 500/- on 2-2-2013, But did not get recharge.It says due to network failure recharge is unsuceffull. My Reference ID is 423789.please refund my money

Thanks for your response after lot of mails more sorry for the response is not the correct try to respond to the mails atleast a day after so that customers will free to contact. Could you please share the contact numbers so that it will be easy for the customers get the response fast.
Below are the transaction dates out of which the transaction which i have made on 24/01/2013 is not happend so i did recharge again on 25/01/2013. The Auth code i got from HDFC is 070686.
24/01/2013 transaction is failed. Please update the status ASAP.
Anyway I know that i will not get any response from sulekha for this mail as earlier. Still i have some hope.
Please update me the status of request ASAP. Already 20 days is completed.

I have done a recharge to my vodafone mobile thru sulekha.com for the mobile num: [protected] with 250 (deducted amount: 248). The amount is debited from my account but i did not received the balance. Please refund the money back or make sure that balance is credited to my number.
Failure transaction happend on 24/01/2013. The Auth code i got from HDFC is 070686. Please update the status ASAP.
SULEKHA PEOPLE DID NOT MENTION THEIR PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT AND THEY ARE NOT REPLYING FOR THE MAIL.
PLEASE DON'T USE SULEKHA.

Airtel — no benefit of 550 recharge
dear sir by mistake a recharge of 550 has done insted of 555 and got 0 rs talktime and customer care is giving no answer thy say half of the talktime is already spent in std call and the customer has not done any call.please help me with siyuation my cotact no is [protected] and customer no is [protected]
