I made registration for a pacl account, but i cant login to it. It is showing that the password is incorrect. So i clicked to the option of 'forgotten password
'. But even after given the registered mobile number, it is showing that it is invalid. But i am sure about the number given while registration. So requesting you to recommend a best option to be followed in next step. Tell me the option for either re registration or the step to follow if both password and mobile is forgotten. Looking forward for your reply.

    Dear sir my name is Uttam D .Shende and my PACL certificate no is U[protected]
    My claimed amount is Rs.11040
    But refunded amount only Rs. 5519

    while i upload 9 receipt of Rs. 1240 amount that is total=1240*6=Rs.11040
    Please check and refund me my balance amount= Rs.[protected]=5521.)

    Please sir check isshu and process my balance amount Rs.5521.

      Land allotted field marked as Yes either in the claim application or in the PACK database.

      HI,

      My policy numbers are U[protected] and U[protected]

      When i checked my cliam status in 21/06/22 it was displayed as " Total claimm amount against you PAN is more than the amount being considered at this stage for refund"

      When i checked now it is displayed as
      Claim application status:
      Your application (PACL Certificate No. - U[protected] could not be processed further as you have declared...

      I have submitted all the documents on SEBI Platform but not receiving any amount or clarification. They are saying:
      Your application (PACL Certificate No. - U[protected] could not be processed further as against the said PACL Certificate Land has been allotted as per the data provided by PACL Ltd.

      No land defined under policy .
      PACL India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        As per SEBI official statement applicant can edit the application. but Unable to see the edit option in PACL application. We have given mistakenly
        Land allotted field marked as ‘Yes’ in application. so applications are not processed yet. please provide the solution.

              Please provide me the fair justics
              my complain regarding thr refund the my valuable amout of PACL
              my PACL certificate number is U[protected]
              and that is the number of my refundable documents
              in that case SABI refund my amount 7500 under your law and last date of sumbition is before march 2022 but they will not refund my valuable amout and they show your site i am eligible for the amount 1750
              that is so unfair
              please solve my issue

                  But there is no EDIT Option available on Site

                  Kindly enable EBIT Option

                    I am a agent of PACL, 5 members are invested under me, i made application for refund, 2 among them are invested below 30000 rs, for which SEBI is refunding now, against their application status is showing as follows ''your application cannot be processed because you have chosen land proved as YES''

                    This is FAKE we have not chosen ''Yes'' Option . and land is provided to any of my members.

                    i dont know to to get the refund, no support from customer care, no option for editing, no ways to get our overall money.

                    due to this i lost my peace of mind, and stuggling for my day to day need.

                    kindly help.

                        i submitted my refund application on 2019. in the time i got message, Your claim application for PACL refund of certificate number U[protected] is successfully submitted. .I wrongly select the land allotment field - yes- how to i edit my mistake. I check the pacl enquiry my application
                        Claim application status:
                        Your application (PACL Certificate No. - U[protected] could not be processed further as you have declared Yes for Land allotted field in the claim application.

                        Kindly to consider our request to edit my PACL application Please do the needful.
