Dear Sir, my name is Kajal . my Pacl Registration no - U[protected]. i want to fill the refund form for claim . as i have already collected all receipt around 20 slips. i want to complain against refund.

1. These 2 policies were purchased through their Agent telling this policy is very good.
2. If we but one bond by paying 10000/- per bond in-return PACL will provide us a land.
3. But latter on after buying 2 bonds found co' got closed.

4. we do not want any Land / Please return us Rs. 10000/- per bond.
5. we enclose here with both certificates.
6. kindly return us our principal amt of Rs. 10000/- for each bond.

I was deposited this money for builting my house but pacl company fraud with me. I make requesting to indian Government that please help me.

Hi Team,

We applied for PACL certificate refund of Rs. 10, 000 and Rs. 15, 000 but we received attached message saying "Land has been allotted", however we don't have any such information regarding lot allotment hence we complain to PACL to issue the land allotted documents to the below PACL certificate numbers.

If the land allotment is not done then please initiate for the refund asap.

PACL india ltd., had issued bound for Rs. 10000/- Co' closed case went on but not received the principal amount.
Requested kindly get us the principal amt of Rs 10000/-

2 Bonds are there:

2. Reg no. U[protected] / dt 26.7.2008 in the name of Mr. chandra shekhar sanketi

we do not want any land let only principal amt of 10000/- for each bond we expect .

Sir,
I am one of the investor in PACL, and my PACL certificate no is U[protected]. on enquiry on online about my certificate number it is stated that "could not be processed further as against the said PACL certificate Land has been allotted as per the data provided by PACL Ltd."

In this regard kindly update me, where the land is allotted and what is its number and all other details are required. In case if i surrender...

I Register&apply PACL online refund applications dated February 18, 2019 already 4 years gone but refund was not claim.

We call to PACL contact us mail to sebi.[protected]@sebirefunds.org and contact on[protected] many more times. But it was no response/busy. How to solve my PACL Refund claim?

There are no Edit Option in PACL refund website sebipaclrefund.co.in. How to Edit/Modify my PACL refund applications.

I request that I be a very poor investor of PACL, I did not read much and as soon as I heard about PACL I knew nothing about the internet. Applications are going on online, so I applied to e-Friend, claiming that the e-Friend had lost his reputation in the plot allotment and that he had gained the reputation of being the e-Friend by mistake, when we did not have plot allocations. Was held on behalf of PACL Not only hope from Mr. Sar, you have full confidence that you will solve this problem and send the hard earned money to our Custmors bank account

How many years resolved Land Allotted field as “Yes” small amounts ask me from PACL Customers.

So Please help me with this situation as early as possible.

I Dundavva Shivalal Vadagole, purchased one PACL policy and the policy number is U[protected], when I refunded the application and submitted it with all documents to your website. I forgot to fill land allotment option. So no land was allotted to me regarding this policy.
