1. Sushil kumar das- regarding no. Vo76534950 w.E.F. 04/01/2012

Amount deposited-rs.11375 for 3 years which amounted to rs.34125.

2. Mrs reba das- regarding no. Vo76550660 w.E.F. 22/3/2012

Amount deposited-rs.30000 for 5 years period.

Both the above installment were applied for withdrawal on medical ground on 30/04/15 at lucknow branch hartzganj.

Kindly initiate action for refund

      I depositedRs.10000.00 on 30.01.2008 vide ReceiptNo.ZP A 4569270 for 7 years.But on maturity i.e.on 30.01.2015, when contacted their office at virudhunagar(tamilnadu)they simplytelling that amount will be refunded soon.

        We have not yet received the response from pacl limited even though our policy has got over at 2013.
        We have even submitted our original papers. It looks pacl is temporarily out of service. It will be appreciated if we get any updates regarding pacl india ltd (Pears).
        We got the info that we will be receiving the update from pacl on may 2015 but its 2016 now.

Being the 1st installment out of 6 installments, i have remitted rs. 50, 000 vide receipt no em b 0995593 dated 20th june 2011.                           My father ( mr ajay vyas, chandigarh) invested money in your company registration no. U[protected] agency unit code ws[protected] policy will mature next year but now agent is not collecting insurance amount because of pacl financial issue. Now, we are not able to understand how to tackle this problem . We get our insured amount in return or not, else do let me now about policy it will remain continue or we start claiming for our deposited amount.
