Here with attache my policy details with my proof i have paid the policy but i have still not received my paid policy amount...

I put name : sangita r salokhe, policy reg. No. U[protected] and i put mobile no. [protected] but link not got for fill the further pacl refund process and now i can't fill up form for refund.. So how i can complete that process.. Please send me link on [protected] before the due date to complete it.
And delhi sebi office not receiving call for complaint, how i can refund by happening such problem. No message of link i got and i am not entering in the process of refund.
Please help for it.

But when i contact agents for the refund he said that hon. High court will refund this just go to high court,

I have taken plan no. I-2 (06 yrs) of PACL India Limited in 2008.

On maturity in 2014, I have submitted an application (on proper format along with the Bank details) for Payment of the realisable value (Rs. 11590/-) of the plan. But after a lapse of more than 03 yrs neither the payment was made to me nor any information was given. I have tried to contact to the concerned branch office so many times but always it was found closed.
I therefore request you to kindly arrange to instruct PACL for early payment. For this help, I will be obliged to you forever.

We are invested more than rs 70000, in some name of my family members. The invest policies were matured two years ago. But till today we have not received single a rupee. We are from assam. We are deposited the money at guwahati resional pacl office.
We are not a rich man, then why company ceat with us.

Please say, thats why we not receive the money. When we will get this?

I have been registered with pacl india in 2009, i will deposit my policy amount every month, but your agent ask me, i will not deposit 1 year amount. I am not receive any email or hard copy of my policy.
