I had deposit to Rs. 50000/-(20000+20000+10000) and investment per month instalment of Rs. 550/- i.e come of Rs.18700/-The principal amount of Rs. 68700/-, Further overall amount along with Prncipal + interest of Rs. 17 1600/ - since not received till dated.

Good afternoon sir,

I made a fixed deposit of rs10000 at rajahmundry branch, east godavari district, andhrapradesh
I made it for ten years which was already completed and i dont know what happened to this company now.
When i visited last time regarding my maturity amount, the branch was totally closed and i dont know what to do now.
Is this company made a bankrupt and looted all our money
Please help me what to do now.
Why the government is not making it an issue and taking legal action? If its taking
Whats happening and what is the present status now?
When can i expect my money back?
Please help me.
I am just an ordinary middle class person needs to run a family of 5.
Please understand the issue and help me as soon as possible.

My father (Mr triveni singh) had started policy with pacl india limited on 28.12.11, registration no. Is n15079549. My father has death on[protected]. It was of seven years. My father have paid 5500/- installment for 20 months for this policy. The office of this company was in raipur, krishna complex opp. Civil court. Chhattisgarh 492001.
As now my father's policy is getting expired after seven years, i tried to contact this address, but i came to know that now this office has been closed. Kindly help me out that from where can i get my money refunded.
