We have paid rs 50, 000 to pacl india ltd dated 31/12/2010 from agent in pune. It is maturing on 31/12/2017. Please assist how i will get our money back.

Hi,

I have been paying monthly installment t of rs-600 from march 2010 in a plan of booking 750sq. Yd and ethu said you will get return of 54600rs. But i dint receive any amount from pacl. Whenever am contacting pacl office, they are not responding well. Please check and kindly do needful for me as it's my hard-earned money. I have paid for more than 4 years in this plan.

I am vijaylakshmi from mylapore chennai, i am an agent of pacl. My agent code is[protected] & one more agent code under the name of my daughter t. Kirthiga. I am a widow struggling to sustain my family with two daughters with a meagre income. On the trust of various promises made by the pacl agent i too joined their wing to work as an agent for my area and started adding people from my locality who are also from a very rural background to invest with the company in the year 2011. I was collecting the guranteed premium amount from everyone on a monthly basis and paying them without delay till 2014.in 2014 after hearing the news about various fraudulent activities of the company all of my members stopped paying and started demanding the refund. Ever since i am unable to establish contact with any of the company personnel who introduced me or any other people with regards to pacl. Now my situation has gotten very worse as all the people who had deposited money on the trust of me are now demanding me to payback. With my critical financial situation it is highly impossible for me to return that big volume of money. I had been wandering with no idea to resolve this and finally one of my daughter's friend told us about this online complaint registration option and with the help of my daughter i am registering this complaint with you being my sole hope. Please help me in getting my refund and also let me know if you need any more details to get the same.

So what is basically happening let us know or further we have to file police complaint l have invested 1lakh rupees n for me this amount is much bigger; please verify about above company and help us to get our money back there are many investees luke me so please do the needful as early as possible and guide us for further steps to be taken in this matter.

Dear sir/madam,

I had start invest in pacl vide, policy no. U[protected], dtd.23/04/2010 (Attached herewith original scan copy) for five (05) year investment on yearly basis, i invested yearly till 4 years. After that i got doubt and stop investment.

I was gone to pacl office and demand for close the policy, they replied you will get your investment at the time of maturity.

Then at the time of maturity sebi sealed the pacl as per order of supreme court, the policy holder will get their investment soon.

I wait till now but not get refunded. Can you help regarding the matter.

Request you to clear my settlement at earliest, pls advice the process for the same? We need the money very badly pleas help us to in fastest way. I am prasad maity policy holder hereby complaint for non-encashment of policy no. U[protected] of m/s pacl india limited maturity on 30/07/2016.
Policies got matured as a policy has 5 yrs term. I follow-up with agent regarding my money he just fooling me from last one year. But now agent doesn't tell me anything. Please tell how and when i will get my money. I am fed up of all this. Please advice. I am a very poor man. I belong to very small village in kolkata. I run my family by doing labour work. I am the only one to earn in my family members. This money means a lot to me and my family. I only want my money back with interest. Hereby i am attaching policy paper which i paid for last five year.

What steps should i take to resolve this

Am worked as an agent in pacl ltd, i and my relatives had invested nearly rs.10 lakh which is collected from relative customers and my own money, now all policies was matures, but there is no refund from pacl company, now relative customers are targeting me to settle the money, unable to answer them, because they are asking me to confirm the date when it will be refunded from lodha committee appointed by sebi. Kindly consider my complained and update the status when it will be refunded, thanks.
