I have two policy with pacl india ltd. And this is is completed in 25.10.2016.. But i am not claim policy due to misguide by agents agent not take the responsibility t claim my policy. So kindly request to you please you have to take immediate action on this matter.

I have invested in pacl limited a huge amount 7 yrs ago and i have all documents... Now it’s matured and i need refund but no one is responding... I went to the kurla office... Didn’t find anything there... I tried calling the number no response... I have invested 7 yrs ago rs 30000 and i am supposed to get rs 68000... Please help me... How do i get my amount

Sir me pacl ka agent hu mera or mere customer ke paisa fasa he isme kab milega vapis or uska vyaj ayega ke nahi akhir kab tak me mere customer ko ese hi dilasa dilata rahu me bahot hi paresan hu is mamle me har din koi na koi mujhse is bat ka jagda kar raha he akhir kab tak me ye sab sahu sarakar ko bhi to ye sab dekhna chahiye akhir kyo kuch nahi kar rahi sarakar?...

Even after expiry of plan term pacl not paying our maturity amount.
Registration no. U[protected], date: 18/01/2012, expiry date 18/01/2019, amount rs. 40000. Agency code [protected], agency unit code [protected].
Registration no. U[protected], date: 15/12/2009, expiry date 15/12/2015, amount rs. 30000. Agency code [protected], agency unit code [protected].
No response from agent as well as pacl.

R/sir,

I wish to bring your kind notice that i had invested my money into pacl limited monthly deposit scheme of rs.550/- for 72 months started from 22.11.2009 vide your policy bond attached.

In the said scheme, it was promised to me to return back rs. 57, 800/- after payment of 72 installments. But, you accepted my money by 58th installment only vide installment receipt attached dt. 21.08.2014.

After 58th installment, it has been informed by your good office that further installment cannot be deposited as per sebi order. Hence, submit your documents to pacl office for refund. I submitted my original policy bond with first installment receipt & final installment (58th) payment receipt. Copy of acknowledgement of said documents is attached herewith for your kind consideration.

I had submitted my documents to pacl office dt. 06.01.2016. Since then almost two years have been elapsed but no payment has been received for the same claim to me. It is being heard in public that pacl is now not authorized to make further payment rather sebi will arrange our payment.

Now, i desperately request you to please guide me further course of action so that i can get my money back. I will be highly obliged & thankful to you.

Meanwhile, i am attaching herewith following documents for your kind perusal:
I) copy of my policy/bond & first installment receipt
Ii) copy of 58th installment receipt
Iii) acknowledgement receipt by pacl for documents submitted

Amount not received yet redarding policy no. U[protected] can company tell me when the above policy no. Refund amount get received reply on [protected]@gmail.com poicy start date 29/11/2011and expiry date 29/11/2017 policy issued by agency code ws[protected] and agency unit code ws[protected].
I want to know that the company in which comapny starts making payment to the policy holders.

Can anybody tell when will i receive my money. Company paisa lekar bhag gyi lakho logo ka bharso tod diya, gareeb logo ko ku loot rhe ho jhooti policy krwa krwa k. Sbka paisa loot liya or ab koi ye batane wala nhi h paisa kb tak wapas milega kuki sare office close ho gye or ab koi contact nhi krta. Meri sister ki shadi h or maine uski fd kri hui thi or mjhe ab paise ki jaroorat h.

My name is kaleeswaran. My mobile no [protected] i had insured the policy no dl b 94830909 sakkarai and dl b 9483089 vasantha on 17/11/2011. Both were residing in 39/4b, sivagnanapuram, collectorate post, ramanathapuram 623504, tamilnadu. My policy got expired on 17th of this month. I want to get back refund of my policy amount. So please acknowledge my request and take necessary action.

I'm residing in 28 big st, gudalur village, polur taluk, tiruvannamali dt, pin-606907. On 30/04/2008. I deposited a sum of rs.50000 (Fifty thousand) for registering a plot under pacl. They assured a plot will be registered on me and the realisable estimation is rs.114035/- after a duration of seven years. When i approached them claiming a plot registration, they recieved the original policy and gave an acknowledgement and said to approach after fifteen days. When i approached after fifteen days, the company was closed and no details were furnished. So i request you kindly take steps for returning my money or registering a plot as i registered before.
