My mother have paid 480/- per month for two years and then the company has some issues and declared that the invested money will be refunded. Hence, i kindly request you to tell the procedure to get the refund. The policy expired on 11/10/2017

In above said policy i have paid rs.30, 000/- which was complete in all terms. But till date i have not received any refund. Please co-operate me to get my refund at the earliest. My name is g. Paid rs.30, 000/- in installments. They promised us to give rs.60, 000/- in return. But, they have not returned even principal amount.

My name is pn mony. I live in elanji, ernakulam.. I had remitted in a scheme total rs 15000 in 22 instalments which was supposed to be matured in 2013 july. Till date the firm has not returned any amount. At the start when i used to call them they used to that it will be returned in month or so, but till now they haven't. Now they dont take call too. Please look into the matter. Please help me.

Hello sir i am pradeep chauhan, my mother sudha chauhan is a policy holder and her registration number with pacl india is u[protected] and date of commencement is 12nov2010. My complaint is that she had paid for 3 yrs and 10 months which is 46000₹, now we got the news that this company has been bankrupted now she wants to know how to get back her money and her status. And one more thing they have mentioned in policy bond that they will give land on deposited amount. Please inform us about this.
