The street lights in our region have not been repaired for quite a while. There are wear and tears all over the wiring mechanism. The state of the street lights is more terrible amid the stormy season. During the evening individuals frequently stagger down. Additionally, non availability of proper lighting across the streets increases a further chance of accident and other mishaps. Also, this has added to dimness in the area. It has brought about a spurt in the frequency of wrongdoing in the region. There are regular episodes of chain grabbing at night hours. Especially women are in danger in leaving their homes at night. Grabbing, thievery and robbery have turned into the order of the day. The criminals in the wake of perpetrating law violations exploit the obscurity and securely flee.

This is to inform you that we are not able to commute our road which is very bad in shape. There are no street lights available. During rainy season, it is very difficult to commute. We have already raised complaint many times against this issue., but it is not yet resolved completely.

I am staying in Munavar Avenue 5th Street Pallavaram and in my Street lot of dogs barking through the whole night and troubles every day so take necessary action against the dogs as early as possible

Garbage is not collected frequently, not even once in a week. So neighbours are using empty plot opposite to my house to throw their garbage. So fouling smell and lot of mosquitos are there. We need garbage to be collected atleast three days once frequently.

Hi Officers, the garbage vehicle not coming frequently to Big Street in Zamin Royapet, they are coming in 10 days once, where we can save the garbage .it seems we need to give separate room to save the garbage in each house. Kindly take necessary action to avoid public interest litigation.

I'm a resident of 2nd Alamelumangapuram main road, keelkattalai, chennai-600117. There is a EB Stock yard and it is open. People are dumping their garbage in open area. It is not clean. Kindly help us in removing the garbage. We have made complaints in swatch bharath but not use.

There has been raise in the population of street dogs in thirumurugan nagar 1st street, old pallavaram, chennai - 117. These dogs were a few but every now and then when a street dog gives birth to new ones, the population grows rapidly. Not sure where to complaint, this is my first complaint about the issue. The main problem is every night or after evening these dogs form a clan and fight/bark at each causing unnecessary ruckus/noise which spoils the residents peace of mind. The municipality needs to take necessary actions to control this, as sometimes these dogs scare the people who just walk on the streets.. Please take necessary actions asap.

The sewage line from my house to the road is blocked it is overflowing inmy house. Kindly help to clear the block. My address is 6/9a, third cross street, newcolony, chromepet

We are facing lots of difficulty in clearing the garbage as the members for garbage cleaning is not coming on daily basis and there is no seperate garabage bin for our street also, we are holding 1 week garbage and waiting for corporation workers to come atleast a week.
When we asked the corporation worked today (27th Aug 2020), he said "Go and complaint to any one this is how we work" and he was talking unethically and rude.

Request someone to take action and resolve this issue.

Municipality garbage collection workers not collecting the garbages regularly and ignoring some Apartments in M.C.Nagar, without collecting the garbages, they shows interest in collecting only from the houses who pays extra money for the collection.
So they stop their garbage vehicle only in front of their house and collect the garbages only for them and ignoring other houses, who doesnt pays, and they dont even wait for the residents stay in 2nd Floor of the apartment .
Its been informed to the workers to blow the horn of the vehicle or whistle, and they constantly ignoring and driving the vehicle without collecting, so I am requesting the commisoner of pallavaram municipality to inform concern area supervisor to look into this incident happening in M.C.NAGAR, 1st Main Road, Hasthinapuram, Chennai 600064.

Garbage person is not collecting the garbage from most of the houses in ward 1 (Soma sundaram nagar 1st and 2nd street and grifith street. We are paying rs.60/- every month and the garbage collecting person (Baskar) is collecting the garbage from flats and shaditiya hospital only and not clearing the garbage in streets and from houses. The persons whose is giving money to him while he come to collect the garbage, mr. Baskar is collecting the garbage from them and those who are not giving cash to him and he is not collecting the garbage from other houses and he is shouting at elderly person in bad words and he is telling to complaint to ri to any other persons in pallavaram muncipality.

We are holding a trust at pallavaram and the garbage collecting preson (Mr. Baskar) activity is very ridiculus and harshly.

Very soon we will upload his harshly speaking video and garbage collecting from flats and hospital video in tv channels and newspaper.

Mosquitos in ration shop roof as rain water is staged located in bharathi nagar 2nd street. We are suffering from mosquitos and foul smell from roof.

Residing in ayyasamy street chrompet near sudar hospital chennai 44. Lots of street dogs chasing motorists and threatening residents. Also entered house gates and litter. Please help to curb this menace

Due to block in sewage, sewage water is overflowing kindly support as remove the block

Hello sir,

We are facing a severe problem of growing problems of overflow of drainage for the last three weeks in our locality.

This overflow in drainage causes the problem of bad odour and leads to growth of mosquitoes which may lead to malaria. Small children playing outside the door have already affected by diarrhoea. Sometimes we feel vomiting and nausea.

We have already given many complaints for this. They are always giving us empty promises and doing nothing. So kindly am requesting you to look into this matter personally.
If you do the needful then i shall be very much thankful to you.

Civic workers not sweeping roads and garbage not cleared for more than 4 months

Hi my house is at no. 2a, 6th street, balamurugan nagar, keelkatalai. The drainage link from house to the sewage system is broken because of improper placement of pipe. They are asking as to pay 10k to get and fix the pipe by ourself. How are we responsible for the broken pipe when it is outside the house. The drainage is getting filled and it has started overflowing. Pallavaram municipality should take responsible of this and fix asap as the drainage overflow can cause discomfort in the neighborhood and can spread diseases like dengue or even covid19.

I request you to kindly look into the matter asap and fix it.

We are facing a serious street dogs crisis, the dog chasing the pedestrian & bikers who cross by, additionally now new 10 puppy dogs have entered the street and our street have many elderly people who are constantly disturbed because of dog fights. I request the municipality to direct respective personnel to take action immediately.
