In subham nagar mahaveer salai the roads are not in good condition.. So that the people are affected by this road conditions. And it creates more dust. The children are affected for going to school.in rainy season the water stays in the roads. It affects the area. So please put the roads properly for the safety of the public. And also put the street lights were needed.

The sewage line in ambal nagar, main road, keel kattalai, near 3rd street,
The manhole near 3rd street is full with sewage, and the near by houses last man hole chamber is over flowing as there is no flow in the main sewage line in the road.
Please take immediate action to clear the blockage.

We are at residing at new no.6, old no. 45, kannan nagar, (Behind vaishnava women's college), chromepet for the past 30 years. A flat coming up on the left side, there is no setback of 5 ft, it is less than 2 ft, the builder is saying that they have got the necessary approval.

As per current norms, a setback of 5 ft is required which is violated in the abovesaid flat, i am attaching 2 photoes for your immediate perusal.

Please treat this as urgent as the foundations have been laid and the construction is going on full speed. Please do the needful.

I'm a resident of kilkattalai, ambal nagar chennai. We are facing continuous problems with street dogs in our streets, close to 10 dogs are always present in this lane, damaging people's vehicle, chasing people and vehicles, continous fighting amongst dogs and troubling residents. There is no birth control done so far & they are multiplying every year upto madipakkam lake. Request to take measures to control these menace and basic birth control needs to be taken care. And in ambal nagar main round there are 28 to 35 dogs are appearing, and in my street 17 st ambal nagar there are six dogs troubling and chasing when we go out and jumping towards us, and a dog delivered 4 puppies, there is no birth control done, it s annoying really, kindly take necessary action on this

Drainage block at nedunchezian street, kurinji nagar, chromepet. Maholes are overflowing and stagnant at street for more than a month and now it started entering inside the houses. Also, due to rain the water level increases and we are unable to walk in the road. Due to this water stagnation, we are not able to take any vehicles as well and we are prone to all diseases now....

For the last 15-20 days we are exhibiting lot of problem that sewage water is overflowing and returning back. Water is getting stagnated inside house.

It is because of sewage water returning back from pipe line.

We are the residence of venkatraman nagar, hasthinapuram, pallavaram municipality.
In our area at 8th main road venkatraman nagar there is no rainwater channel constructed by pallavaram municipality yet. There is a reserved area stream land (Oodai puromboke) in end of the 8th main road venkatraman nagar in which the entire street rain water will normally follow via that stream land (Oodai puromboke) to drain to main stream following to lake.
Recently this land was occupied by some person and constructed shed in that land. Now the entire rain water drain of that area got blocked and the rain water stream not naturally drain to the near by lake and even for small rain we got floods in that street entering in to house of the locality and also the sweage water also getting mixed in to that and severely affect venktaraman nagar 8th main road area livelihood and also having high chances of spreading chronicle diseases and water boron diseases.
Venkatraman nagar is 100% residential area with 1000's of families are living peacefully, especially 100's of family near the disputed land (Ie is located near 8th main road venkatraman nagar) will be most severely affected.

More over there is no structured plan from municipal on rain & waste water drain canal for that locality (Ie on 8th main road venkatraman nagar) the underground sewage lines are over following and affect the house and road severely. Hence there it is of worsening the situation.
We have already made complaints to venkatraman nagar association and also municipal tool free helpline. But there is no necessary action taken on this regards.

So we are bringing to your kind attention for your investigation on this matter and take appropriate action to save our locality livelihood and hygiene of living.

Sir, we are over 30 families residing in our area.in the last 2 months whenever rain hits there is an overflow from the manholes. It is understood there is a blockage in the system for which our area people facing the crisis. The sewage water flowing all over the street causes severe bad odour. The situation here is worse as residents/trespassers are not able to walk through the road. Please take necessary actions immediately. As we are already fed-up with the complaints raised.

Issue: i plan to purchase new house and found the new constructed house at “plot no 129, 13th street, viduthalai nagar, sunnambu kolathur (New no 17, madipakkam part ii) which belong to sai foundation and owner is “p. S. Jayachandrasekher”

I prefer to buy the 3bhk flat which is s2 in second floor, as per the mutual understanding i paid the advance amount of rs 1, 50, 000/- (One lakhs and fifty thousand) as advance and process for the home loan in sbi, but my loan has been approved for rs 5200000 (Fifty two lakhs only) alone, since i enquired with bank and processed with different rapc branch but and again the dispute in validation and i understand that the build was built under deviation and abnormal fsi, but in meanwhile i have done the interior wood work by the belief of builder sai foundation which cost around rs 2, 75, 000 (Two lakhs seventy five thousand. So i refused to buy this flat sai foundation.
And i ask to return my advance amount rs 1, 50, 000 (One lakh fifty thousand) and the interior compensation of rs. 275000/- (Two lakhs seventy thousand only) as per interior billed amount
But i didn`t get any reply from builders till date, so i intend to report the complaint about the construction deviation from the approved plan..
Hope you may consider the complaint and take appreciate action on the same.

A stray dog was injured and was ill for couple of days. It so weak that it was about to die. I have called to blue cross multiple times for days together but they simply ignore the complaint.

After escalation, a complaint was registered after 3 days and blue cross person came on 4th days. Poor dog was dead by that time. They casually said to infom municipal corporation as the dog was dead.

Then i tried calling municipal corporation, being sunday none from office picks up.. Tried calling infamous municipal corporation toll free number [protected]. It simply says the number is temporarily out of service.

Completely exhausted with the response of responsible government departments..

Bringing to notice that the residents of my street are facing a lot of inconvenience due to water logging in the street and bad condition of road for the past 1.5 years.

So please request you to take immediate action on this regard.

Hi, i have been living at 12, saint marry street, ramados apartment. I am owner of one apartment. There are around 10 flats exists. Ground floor resident have been feeding 10 cats in the common area like car parking, first floor steps, common path way. Myself and few other owners felt that there are nuisance created by these cats/kitties. They catch small bird, kill it and keep it in the staircase, common place. Unable to walk common area due to food scattered by cat. Even though i told not to feed too many cats in the apartment, they don't listen. They feed many cats and it becomes multiplied by pregnant cat. Request pallavaram municipality to take action against stray cats. It is very nuisance to neighborhood. Request somebody to give advice on what to do for this cat problem in my apartment. Thanks, venkat [protected]

Sir.in fathima manila street, pallavaram. Chennai 43 a ramp has been construcyed over the road. The street come under 2nd ward of pallavaram municipality.. The ramp is causing a big obstruction for free movement of vehicles and pedestrians. Since the ramp has been stretched upto the half the road only half of the road is available for public to use for walking and plying of vehicles. It is felt that is not fair to allow a particular house to use half the road as the road is common and for public use. It is therefore requested that early action be taken to remove the obstruction caused by ramp and ensure free movement of vehicles and pedestrians. Also one street light is not working.

I am a resident of yasin khan 2nd cross street, pallavaram, chennai-43. Sir my area come under 2nd ward of pallavaram municipality.in my street, a lengthy ramp stretching 40ft has been newly constructed over the road blocking the free movement of vehicles and pedestrians and further the road sides are encroached by parking of vehicles. Our street is land locked and there is only oneway to come and reach the main street. Residents of our area find it very difficult to move freely especially at the time of emergency and urgency. It is hereby requested to take action to remove the obstruction created by ramp for free movement.

One of the street light in panchayat colony is not burning for last 4 weeks. This is at the intersection of panchayat colony and church road. Please fix this
This is causing problems for pedestrians moving across these two streets. There are lots of street dogs in this road and they all lies down in the street. And lots of chances that any one can bumb on it
. I am calling to[protected] to make the complaint but it is always busy.

There is a block in the underground drainage at venkateshwara street for the last 5 to 6 days, resulting in overflow of sewage through the canal dug out for rain water drain.

This has resulted in foul smell around. More serious problem is that it would result in serious health hazards for the residents in the street and even to those who pass through the street.

An immediate action is required to save people around.

It is going to be more than 4days that the garbage collection vehicle not reached our street. The bins kept at the the street also having been removed, there is no place to dispose the same.

Please instruct the concerned staff members to clear the
Garbage atleast every alternative days and not to leave a long gap.

We are promptly paying the tax for garbage collection and we are deprived of the facility. Also the team coming for collection of garbage behaves little rude.

Hi

We are living in 1st cross street krishna nagar near hasthinapuram bus stand.

Normally we used to recieve municipal worker coming daily to apartment and collect garbage

For past 1 month they are not picking and not coming to our area to collect it

A dog who died in the same street has been decayed and in decomposed stage has not been removed so far for last 3 days it is creating bad smell and spreading disease

Having paid all tax regularly we need your help to send representative quickly tomorrow to clear off this dog body and help us to collect garbage regularly

Please take this as high priority request and help us at the earliest

Hello Sir,

Our builder was paid UGD deposit during construction period but I received letter to pay deposit again .We went and asked in municipal office whether we paid earlier but they didn’t confirm us so we paid it again, But in the municipal office are not helping us to refund our amount . Request you to kindly take action on it and process this refund ASAP or if it can be adjust for future payments then also we are fine Please responsed what can be done further.

Kindly find the photo of the receipt once paid by us 10, 510 and 40, 000 paid by our builder during construction period for four flats including ours .
