With reference to the above subject , I appreciate the action against Illegal water conncetion , I draw your
kind attention that regarding Illegal water conncetion at bharathi nagar and thulukkanathaman koil st,
pachaiamman colony etc., last two days back municipal officals and authorities were removed the illegal connection ,
only few connection , most of the case still pending for removel of illegal connection , due to that we are geting irregular
water supply or most of the time no water at all , we have been paid the water tax regularly whereas no water for the
past two year , regard to this i was brought our your notice by way of letter and many remainders , no action so far .
not only removing the illegal connection but also those who have not paid the water tax ,that also taken into account.

Your early action is highly appreciate in this regard.

I am vimal kumar residing near sivananda nagar . ambattur lake draining channel is in front of my house, that channel becomes the filling spot for garbage and other waste materials . people just comes and throws their domestic waste over there. no body from municipality is coming and taking care of this . atleast before they use to come a while and clear this area but they stopped totally now . due to this there is a chance for people to affect from various kind of disease. and this area stinks so badly due to this . please take action soon .

dear sir,
Few months ago the workers while working to dig Sunderasan street at zamin pallavaram the (newly laid concrete) road to implant the tubes of the new sewerage drainage pipe line has damaged the palar water pipe line. The damage and the consequences was realised a month later, when the drainage connection was given to the few houses and the sewerage water started flowing through pipe has started mixing with the palar water line and got polluted. This problem of pollution with palar water pipe was identified near the murugan koil temple of sudaresan street manhole storage of sewerage water. In this place the sewerage water oozes out and mixes with damaged palar water pipe. This problem was identified and five feet ditch was digged kept open for past 25 days. In connection with the matter the officials of municipality stoped the supply of palar water to our street which has hampered water requirement of the daily life. Please ask necessary department to take speedy action to rectify and restore unpolluted water supply to the street dwellers.

for the past 3 years i didn't get palar water through pipe line though i have paid water tax upto last year.This year i didn't pay water tax because sofar i didnt get water.i don't want 1000 liters or 2000 liters.hardly i need 50 to 100 liters/day.That is more sufficient to me.
i made a complaint many times verbally.no action takes place.that is why i am writing a mail to you.

army — Activation of Account

I am holding joint account in the Trimulgherry Branch with my wife, Mrs Vijaya Verma, SB A/C No [protected]. My salary from CDA(O) Pune has been credited in the account on 31 May 08. But I am not able to access my account through ATM. On an enquiry from Local SBI branch, I have been told that it may not have been activated.
Kindly activate the same so that I can transact. Presently I am pposted ar Ahmedabad.

The garbage canal is dumped with garbages in and around the resirdentail areas of Radha Nagar(Chrompet).
Also in kattabomman cross street the garbages are dropped on the road from canal. There The unpleasant smells from this dumpyard creates uncomfortable as well as unhygienic conditions for living.
Kidnly take necessary action to recover from this bad situation.

I am the resident of Door No.2, Plot Nos.7 and 8, Malliga Nagar, Krishnapuram, Next to Vels College, Old Pallavaram, Chennai-117. I have paid the relevant taxes upto date. On 1.12.2012, the Supervisor one Mr.T.Vijayakumar (Cell No.[protected]) of the contractor, who took the contract for providing drainage connection, came along with labourers and started to make a channel and a pit. After making the channel and pit, they were unable to find out the manhole. Hence, they abandoned the work and left the place. Till date, they have not come to complete the work. Due to the same, we are unable to close the compound gate and dogs and cows are frequently entering into our house. ( To prove the same, we are sending the photographs also). Herewith, I have sent the copy of the estimate given by the contractor. Though we repeatedly contacted the said Supervisor viz., Mr.T.Vijayakumar (Cell No.[protected]) and Mr.K.Seeni Raj, M.Tech ([protected]), who is said to be the competent person to make complaint about the same, they told that they will do it. But, for the past 19 days, they have not given the drainage connection and we are suffering without any drainage connection. Even to drain the waste water, we have no channel. Hence, kindly take immediate steps to complete the drainage work.

My name is Radha Rajasekar residing at No.2, Bangalamalai Street, Kumaran Kundrum, Chromepet and Today I have been to your office at 10 a.m and dropped a complaint in your table through Mr.Jayaraman(Your municipality staff) about my neighbour house lady Mrs.Aathilakshmi Viswanathan residing at Door No.3 who has illegally built a bathroom building in common road at Bangalamalai Street.This road space belongs to Government who has alloted to use this passage only to walk and not to occupy personally.

Before 3 years she constructed this Bathroom and at that time we fought with her and she stopped her further construction. After all these years Mrs.Aathilakshmi Viswanathan is again illegally started to finish the bathroom in Government area which is given for walking purpose only.

Kindly look into this issue and take immediate steps to destroy the building which is illegally done by Mrs.Aathilakshmi viswanathan.

Main road is not in proper condition. — Road problem

Dear Sir,
This iam writing as not a complaint but has a request. In the Kelambakkam Bus Terminus road is very much damaged. Normally people cant even walk. Every day more than 2 persons met with accidents because of the breakage of road.So please kindly do the need ful.

I agree with the complaint of Sri.Ranganathan.No steps are being taken by the authorities of pallavaram municipality to attend and rectify if any problem is noticed to them.Please give priority if any problem or grievances are brought to notice of the authorities of municipality atleast in future.

I strongly agree the above issue. Not only Thiruchendur Nagar the whole old pallavaram especially ward 13, 14 etc has been denied from Pallavaram (Chrompet) Munciplity in all basic amenities. The municipality working for Chrompet community for its vote bank. Though we paid all House tax, water tax, Drainage fee etc..etc.. the old pallavaram doesn’t have road, proper light, water facility. The main reason for the problem is, the "lack o[censored]nity" in this area people.

we are the residence of Keelkatalai under pallavaram municipality.
Though the municipality had constructed the roads, there still remain a hole in the easwaran nagar first street, which affects the roadways people.This hole is situated near one street light pole in the street. This hole leads to many accidents at the night time.So, please take immediate actions to avoid accidents.

I was serving in Indian Air Force and during my posting at Air Force Station Tambaram my daughter named JASMINE MISHRA born to my wife Ms SANDHYARANI MISHRA at MILITARY HOSPITAL, MADRAS -16 on 02 JUNE 1990.

Being in the transferable service, I was transferred from Air Force Station Tambaram in 1991 and by that time my daughter’s name was given. Latter on I was posted to various places away from Madras (now Chennai). Due to which I could not able to collect the birth certificate of my daughter. Now she is continuing her higher studies and authorities asked to produce the Original Birth Certificate. Military Hospital issued one birth certificate at the time of birth which is not accepted by the authorities. Copy of the Birth Certificate issued by the Hospital is enclosed for your reference.

Presently I am serving in Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Koraput, Orissa and I may please be contacted in following address.

Therefore, I request you to consider the above points sympathetically and suitable action for issuing the above certificate may please be initiated at the earliest.

I am from Rukmani Ammal Street, Keelkattalai, Chennai. The Municipality people. The condition of the road is very bad(actually there is no road) and we need to cross the drainage water to reach our home. The stones are not small rather they are very big and sharp. Due to this, riding in vehicles is a very hectic and we may fell at any time while driving.and it is a big challenge to walk on this road.

Daily our people suffers a lot because of the bad condition of road. Will this condition be notified to the concerned person in Municipality and take necessary steps?

I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and come closer to bite, several person have faced the same problem especially small children & senior citizens.I come late in the night from my office and i am facing a lot of problem because of these mad dogs.

So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send Dog catcher team immediately in this area so that we can get rid of this problem soon.

We are residents of Nagalakshmi Salai, Tiruchendur Nagar, Zamein Pallavaram, nagalakshmi salai last new buliding sandle color building there are a lot of stray dogs in the area which are creating a lot of problems to teh residents. THe stary dogs are also growing in no. there are 8-10 dogs in that area which is increasing the no of dogs in that area. THese dogs run behind children walking to school and also pedestrians. THey keep barking if any new person even enters into the layout. THey bark and run behind the post man also. Please help. Please send a dog catching van and take away all the dogs

Govt should lay high quality road for P Vaithialingam road. There are lot of people using this road daily. Just corp. people keep on filling the mud and bricks on the road and increasing the road height. They should put the high class quality in between GST and Keelkatali.

There are two sub ways which are connecting GST and Dharga road, but both the subways are not planned well. I dont know which adhiputhisali given the plan and who has sanctioned this plan( Bus..etc cant use this subway)

Also they are constructing the overbridge for long long time (dont in which era they will finish this bridge). This bridge plan also not good. Govt. should not waste the people money, they should plan properly do the work propely.

The road was full of rain water and moving anywhere. Our street Manickem nagar the road is not constructed properly. Especially first street the rain water is not moving.

Road condition — Bad Road condition

I reside at Manickavel Nagar(near Gandhi Statue), old pallavaram. There is no garbage bin available in our street due to which garbage is strewn all over the street. This leads to pigs and dogs menance. Garbage cleaners come occasionally and burn the garbage including the plastics which as you are aware should not be done.And there is a profound increase in pigs in old pallavaram .The municipality is showing little concern to old pallavaram unlike chrompet where garbage is collected everyday.

I request you to kindly look into this matter and provide garbage bins in different colours which could be used for plastics and bio-degradable waste-this work could be outsourced to SHG's in our area. Residents could pay small amounts for this service. Hope you would initiate action and make this a model municipality.

There are many street cows and buffalos in Hastinapuram, Thirumalai Nagar. Mainly in Ponniamman Koil Street near Lingam Hardwares. During the night times many bike riders fell down because of this Cows and Buffalos. Please consider this as a big issue and resolve this. Please initiae step for this and process this as soon as possible.

Very Bad Road Condition difficult to driver even Two wheeler
Dear Sir,

I am living in the area, Thiruthani nagar, Zameen Pallavaram, Near Dhaya Jothy matricualtion School Chennai 43.
For past three month the entrance road commuting to thiruthani nagar from Pallavaram velachery 200 feet is almost very bad in condition.
Here past three months they started drainage construction process. They levied some drain pipes and closed the pits which were dig. Now the drainage levying process left now incomplete and where drain pipes levied places road is not flattened.Vehicle passage is totally impossible now. Commuting to my resident is now very difficult. School children, office professional and daily commuters whose use this road is now miserable. I request you to take corrective action for rectifying this issue.

Pallavaram Municipality — Metro water is not coming

METRO WATER IS NOT COMING
As many people in my street are using 1 inch motor for metro water, we are not getting sufficient amount of water for our needs.
kindly monitor and take required action.water is the main man need, so please take action asap.

sir, i am living in rajendra prasad road, near cake point.. we have another road adjacent to back side of our gate..our drainage pipes are at back side.. few local people like kathiravan, ruban, thomas aged about 22-25 yrs frequently play cricket near our house and break the pipes..due to this we are in situation to repair the pipes about 4 to 5 times in a month.. even our area councillor Mr.chandran is also supporting these local people. i request you to take necessary action against them.. Roads are for people to walk, grounds are meant to play.. Keeping this in mind i hope you will take necessary action against them

Like to know why the elected members are not taking the responsibility to repair roads of pal lava ram and pozhichalur, have travelled many other states but not seen such bad roads as if it is only meant for cows, buffaloes, dogs and pigs pleases ban these animals strolling on the road its a really very serious concern bcoz many accidents occours bcoz of these animals, if the municipality take stern actions then people will surely stopping sending animals on roads. There are so many jobless ladies to to employ them as sweepers and keep the roads clean.
