This is to bring to your notice that we purchased
PANASONIC CS-LU18YKY-1 3S INDOOR+OUTDOOR split aircon on 27th Feb 2023 .Past 2 days the aircon is not cooling and hence we raised our concern with customer service team .The assigned a job to the technician. We received a call from the service centre department that the installation may have gone wrong hence we need to contact the dealer from where we bought the aircon.

I had a malfunctioning fridge which i purchased nearly three years ago. I visited the showroom i purchased it from to submit service request however did not get any co-operation. I had to follow up for nearly four weeks but did not get any response they did not give me any slot for replacement of board. Really pathetic service and very disappointed in the mangalore branch service....

Worst service, I purchased a Panasonic 1.5, 5 star AC from flipcart and no sms or call regarding the installation is done till date.It got delivered on 13 june still no response.This is a pathetic way of your service never buy Panasonic product they don't even care to answer your mail and calls

by panasonic technician, in which 10 feet more extra copper pipe installed, but technician charge 3 time more from market price...

The door of our microwave oven got damaged and we lodged a complaint through panasonic toll free number. An executive from Pradeep Panasonic attended to the issue. He removed the door and took it along with him saying that it has to be replaced and the replacement will be done in 4 days. Till now the issue has not been attended to. I want to complain about Panasonic Air Conditioner with serial no: that I purchased on 20/05/2023, So, far no one turned up for installation.I never seen such a customer service so far.Finally one fellow came and ask for ladder to arrange and then he flew away and saying he will return.So far no one return and installation not done.

Background: purchased 2 split a.cs dt[protected], and no one turned during warranty period/even after Reliance digital raised to attend warranty call. Request you to check records.
