Panasonic — Handset under warranty even the accessories but no replacement | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I bought Panasonic Eluga I mobile from Reliance Digital at NEW BEL Road Branch, Brangalore on 02nd October 2015, it is not even 4 months as on date my earphone has stopped working.When I approached the Authorized service center at R.T.Nagar named M.P. Telecom. The service center guy did not even give me the service job sheet but straight told me that the paper tag was missing on the head phone and had the arrogance to say it was not of Panasonic make and some local one. My question to Panasonic people do you don't recognize your own manufactured products. Do these Panasonic people think that we have no other work but to go to their service center and do these things. To add nowhere in the bill or in the box it is written that to obtain warranty this paper tag is required.
