Panasonic P55 Novo Mobile — Facing problem with the mobile phomes camera

Dear Sir,
I wish to inform you that I have purchased Panasonic p55 novo Mobile Set
on 25th feb. 2016 through Amazon on line shopping. The above Mobile Set was sold by
Seven Star Infosystem, Village: taoru Distt. Mewat-122105, Haryana. From the 1st day I have been facing problem with the mobile phome’s camera.
In view of the same, I request you to please arrange to get my mobile set repaired or change the hand set. Further please guide me immediately how I could get the problem resolved because Amazon is totally unresponsive on my emails & phone requests on above stated problem.

I would be thankful to you if a quick & necessary action could be taken at your end on this matter.
