Panasonic — panasonic eluga ray 700 mobile

I have brought panasonic eluga ray 700 mobile from flipkart in november 2017. But this mobile is switched off for 1 hour and another thing is that battery remaining 47 % then within minutes it become 14 %. This phone become big problem within 4months.
