Panasonic — re: installation of 2 normal split ac 2 tones | |||||
Ref: model no. Cs-sc24sky5 Dear sir/madam In replace of my 2 old lg split ac -2 tones, purchased 2 split air-conditions on 17.04.2018 from m/s. Khosla electronics pvt. Ltd., dalhousie branch, invoice no. 02924/1819/00519 and 02924/1819/00522. Panasonic installation person came to install the ac but denied to install it and told that i have to place all the cable wires, copper pipes and waste pipes from the beginning as new and for the purpose i have to brake my 2 room’s whole wall and given me the quotation for charges that will levied. I didn’t agree with him and from starting he is asking me that it is inverter ac or not and it is not possible to install in same place where old one was and have to brake the ceiling also otherwise it will not fit here, he wants that i have to brake my whole house for making him space to install 2 panasonic split acs. My ac is new and my complaint is the dellers said to me ac is usefull and dont call me again .after thai i camplaint panasonic costumer care they will called eng and he is come in my house check the ac and set the timer ac my ac timer did not working plz help me
