Panasonic — Servicing problem

I have a problem with my refrigetor panasonic nrpw415vnx4. The led light of the inner side of the fridge was not working properly. So, i have cotact my local service center at dev electronics 91/92 f, kumirjala road (Raja ram mohan roy saroni) po - mallickparaps-serampure dist-hoogly
India 712203. But still from 19 days they have taken the led light for repairing. They are giving one by one dates to come and fit the light. I have contact with mr. Kuntal chowdhury at the above mentioned service center. Please look after the matter at the earliest.
