Dear sirs,

After a lot of deliberations, i was given a replacement on august 9, 2012 vide panasonic india private limited challan number 272.

The story with this model th p 42x50d has been the same. The color spreads every 15 days & the technician then have been using an eraser

To clean the connectors. It then works for a few days & the same problem or some thing else comes up. Now, for the past few days, there is no picture

Or sound. The tv is dead. The service workshop now want me to spend about 12000 to get the board changed.

I had spent 37000 to buy & the tv has never given me good service ever since its purchase.

I request you to kindly either get the tv repaired free of cost or get the tv replaced as i am in no mood to spend more money as i have

Not got any thing back. It has been a very bad experience & i have lost all my hard earned money.

Kindly get the needful done to restore confidence.

Kindly go through the trail mail to understand my plight!!!

The trail mail is self explanatory. The tv was replaced on 2 occasions & even the replacement has not worked satisfactorily ever since. I request you to kindly have the set replaced at the earliest. Kindly send me the mail id of some senior manager who can understand my plight & take action immediately.


Dear sir,

This is to inform you that i am very unhappy with the services
Provided to me at noida. I had purchased a plasma tv model thp42c10d
From better deals, gip, sector 18, noida.

The tv has been giving me problem ever since it has been purchased on
March 17, 2010. I am really sorry to state that i am one of the most
Harrassed customers.

Series of complaints lodged:

1. During the installation itself, there were lines on the screen and
There were double images appearing on the screen. Your technician amit
Came to resolve it but the problem was not resolved. Umesh, a senior
Technician was sent to us after repeated complaints to k. N. Services
But the problem still persisted.

2. Complaint no. 038601. There was no picture coming & for 1 week i
Could not watch the tv. Santosh and amit attended the call. I
Personally went to better deals, noida & met praveen and filed a
Complaint in their register as well. They could not diagnose the issue
& 20 days later they realized that a particular board had to be
Ordered from chennai and changed. The board reached after 15 days and
When they change the same, the problem could still not be
Resolved. They then cleaned the connectors with an eraser & the tv
Tarted functioning. The tv worked for a couple of days & then stopped
Working with the help of the remote.

3. Complaint no.014229. The sensor stopped working. Imagine my plight
After paying hard earned money for a piece of box. All 3 engineers not
Knowing what went wrong. Panel problem stated by your engineers. Then
Santosh calls after 10 days to say that a photo of the back cover need
To be sent to chennai office for approval of changing the tv.

Hastled i called up your gm services. Sanjay sharma ([protected]) did
Not answer my calls.
Spoke to pradeep but there was no help provided.
Spoke to amit khatri. He said he would look into it but no action was
Taken.. Poor response. Then santosh ordered a board which again toook
20 days to come. He changed the same but the problem persisted. We got
Fedup and called sandeep, the branch head who sent mahesh and umesh.

Umesh changed the sensor & the tv worked for a day only. The tv was on
Trial for 2 days. The next day we faced the same problem.. None of your
Junior or senior engineers even bothered to call back or followed up
The case... This just shows how important a customer is to you.

4. Complaned no. 010920. Repeat complaint for the same problem and the
Picture dissapered for a day & only the sound was coming. Santosh
Finally came after repeated calls and said that there was a problem
And the tv would be replaced. I have a wriitten letter signed by him
With genuine problem in my tv.

5. We called senior technician mahesh continuously from april 10 to
13th & he told us that he was working on our enquiry but was
Not... He was attending his training programme.

You can imagine my plight... This is what panasonic has to promise. I
Have my consumer forum papers ready, i know justice kapoor in
Gurgaon... I was just waiting to let the senior authorities know that
How poor is your functioning. We will go ahead with the case if there
Is no response from your end as well. You really need to
Replace... Mahesh, sandeep, praveen.
Santosh is a good guy and has really been a help.

There has been no response over the last 10 days or so & i have been
Calling the branch head, the service department & a few service
Engineers personally. I even wrote to the helpline who requested the
Branch head to take up our case on priority.
Yesterday our tv was taken to the workshop as the service department
Have failed to repair the same at my residence despite changing
Literally all the boards in the set. It is being tested for 4/5 days.

The said tv has been opened on about 7/8 occasions in the last 11
Months & it always takes about 3/4 weeks after lodging a complaint as
The parts are never available. Despitre changing the parts, the problem
Persists.

I do not want a tv which has really been ripped apart a number of
Times. I want a fresh piece and would want your service department to
Apologise. We are not mad to call and complaint after paying hard
Earned money. It is a genuine plea. Kindly replace the set as we have
Lost confidence.

Please look into this matter and kindly let me know asap... My

Dear Sirs,

The amount spent on the TV has been a total waste. I have already been given replacements TWICE & the latest
set given to me is the set in question which is giving me so much trouble. I have already spent 37000 rupees. Looking at the service the set has provided, I do not want to spend any more.
The BEST solution would be a REPLACEMENT once again to restore confidence in me as a faithful customer.
Kindly take immediate action to resolve my LONG PENDING ISSUE,

    I am n. Chandrasekhar and i was given my panasonic p55 mobile for charging complaint in iqor global service india private limited. Vijayawada. Andhrapradesh on 11/05/2016. But they vecated the service center. I already informed to u on 23/05/2016. Your customer care authorised menber told problem would be rectified and informed to me with in 48 hours, but upto now no respose. Reply me when and where i will collect my mobile phone.

      I purchased a 1.5 split ac model no. Cu-uc18rky3-6 on 20th march 2016. I got it installed from an ex panasonic employee. After two months the cooling went down as there is a leakage from d inner unit. I got it checked by the panasonic engineer. They are asking me to pay for the leakage as i got it installed from outside. I am getting a run around from everyone working in panasonic. I made a mistake by purchasing panasonic ac. I am not going to pay for your poor product. You either get it repaired or take your ac and refund my money. I will never ever purchase any of your products or recommend to anyone.

        Myself jayaprakash, who had purchased panasonic ac cs/cu/ycibrky3-1 on 06/05/16 from vasanth & co - tambaram - chennai. Now, my ac is making noise form last saturday i. E from 21.05.16. From that day i have been calling your technical person but, till the date noting is happening.
        The reason they have told me was,
        The technician was sick,
        There is no other job in that area. A complaint was not attended for 1 week and this is the way you people treat your costumer in such big vasanth & co?. Pls do not take your costumer life granted and take necessary steps.

          I bought panasonic 2t ac on 21/05/2016 and still waiting for this product to be installed at my home. I have contacted the customer complaint and service center several times but did not got any positive response on installation. 48hrs is the turn around time for installation and it has passed 48 more hours since i have files a complained on this issue with panasonic customer.

          Thanks for providing such a horrible service!

              I buy my ac in may 2012, till last year it worked good.one year back it has a problem in condenser. We make a call to company service center in vizag ( sri sai ganesh authorised Panasonic service centre). Here the problem started, with in this year it got repaired for 4 times. We paided around rupees 20, 000/- till date. Technicians are doing some thing wrong. Plz do the needful in this regard.

                I had given my phone for repair almost 40 days before on 14 april. I am really very disappointed by hearing execuses which i get from the customer care each time when i call them.

                Each time they give timeline of 10 days. I have recording of all the calls.

                I want phone replacement within 1 week else i will send you a legel notice of consumer forum to panasonic. I will also look an option to launch a fir

                Really very bad service and behaviour of the company.

                  I have purchased an AC of Panasonic and it got stop cooling 3 months back. I called customer care people. They sent service center guys. They came and said it will be charged some money and the problem will be resolved. I said ok. I paid the money, they did something and it started cooling. I asked whether it will happen again in just few days ? They said no. Again in 10 days it stopped cooling and it went off in mins. I called again and they again came and did something. It started cooling again, but I told them that the problem has not been resolved yet completely as I cane hear the gas leak, but they said, we have resolve it permanently. But I was not sure. But as they said, I got relaxed with half mind. Now again in 2 days it went off and stopped cooling. Now again I have made a complaint, and when the service center guys came, they asked for money again to change something. I said why? Last time I paid and I have not even used the AC for 15 days then again you are asking more money for the same problem? I denied and they went back without saying anything. This is the service of Panasonic. I recommend all no to buy any AC of Panasonic.

                    सानुरोध अवगत कराना है मेरा पैनासोनिक का फोन 21 अप्रैल 2016 को आपके unnao (U.P.) सर्विस सेंटर में जमा किया गया और मुझे 8 से 10 दिनो में सही होकर देने की बात कही गई उसके बाद 06 may 2016 से सम्पर्क किया जा रहा है कोई भी सही जानकारी उपलब्ध नही करा रहा है टोल फ्री, सर्विस सेंटर, संतोष कोई भी सही जानकारी नही दे रहा टोल फ्री पर बात करो 48 घण्टे बाद सम्पर्क करे, IMEI NOT MATCHED उसके बाद मुझे 20MAY को फोन प्राप्त हो जायेगा की बात कही गई 21 MAY सम्पर्क किया तब bta rhe hai ki app ka phone kanpur k center me pda hai jab aayega tab milega koi date fix nahi hai date wo nahiu btate to mae kaha se bta du आखिरकार मोबाईल कब मिलेगा यह मुझे बताया जाये आपकी सर्विस से बहुत ही दुखी हू भविष्य में पैनासोनिक भूल से ना लिया जाये इतनी खराब सर्विस दी जा रही है दूसरी कम्पनी में फोन खराब होने पर ग्राहक को दूसरा फोन इस्तेमाल को दिया जाता है आपके यहा यह सुविधा भी नही है

                      सानुरोध अवगत कराना है मेरा पैनासोनिक का फोन 15 मार्च 2016 को आपके इलाहाबाद सर्विस सेंटर में जमा किया गया और मुझे 20 से 25 दिनो में सही होकर देने की बात कही गई उसके बाद 15 अप्रैल 2016 से सम्पर्क किया जा रहा है कोई भी सही जानकारी उपलब्ध नही करा रहा है टोल फ्री, सर्विस सेंटर, लखनऊ सर्विस सेंटर कम्पनी agm संतोष कोई भी सही जानकारी नही दे रहा टोल फ्री पर बात करो 48 घण्टे बाद सम्पर्क करे उसके बाद मुझे 22 अप्रैल को फोन प्राप्त हो जायेगा की बात कही गई 22 अप्रैल सम्पर्क किया तब सर्विस सेंटर में आग लग गई है कि बात कही गई आखिरकार मोबाईल कब मिलेगा यह मुझे बताया जाये आपकी सर्विस से बहुत ही दुखी हू भविष्य में पैनासोनिक भूल से ना लिया जाये इतनी खराब सर्विस दी जा रही है दूसरी कम्पनी में फोन खराब होने पर ग्राहक को दूसरा फोन इस्तेमाल को दिया जाता है आपके यहा यह सुविधा भी नही 13 हजार का फोन खरीदा 2 महीने होने को आये सर्विस सेंटर में ही हो गया।
                      अत: आपसे विशेष अनुरोध है कि फोन मेरा जल्द से जल्द दिलाने की कृपा करे महान दया होगी।

                        Hello,
                        I bought a panasonic window ac 1.5 tonne on 22 feb 16 from vijay sales. The ac from the begining had an issue of sound. I registered a complaint (R[protected] and after multiple number of phone calls that i had to make, the technician came for survey. He gave the reason that the sticker on the front panel is causing the sound and hence removed it. But still the sound persisted. I am still not satisfied with the product and even the cooling of the ac is below expectation. So again i registered a complaint for insufficient cooling (R[protected]. This time around again after multiple number of calls, the technician came and he found the lever for inlet broken which was the reason for sound during operation. They checked for the grill temperature. After setting the ac at 19 degrees, the grill temperature came to 13.5 degrees after 45 minutes of operation and they claim it to be working fine. But as a costumer, i find this extremely poor functioning as my room temperature doesn't have any significant improvement. As a costumer, having so many issues like broken lever and insufficient cooling that too with a brand new ac is really disheartening. I would like to get the ac replaced.

                          I have given a mobile on dated 11/5/16 for repairing purpose of panasonic mobile authorised service centre at abhishek technologies at ahmedabad. They told me that it will take maximum 1 week for repairing but till date it is not repair.
                          So please help me how much take time for repairing. Nothing problem only sound blast. Please take necessary action as earliest as possible.

                            I am resident of orchid island sector 51 gurgaon (Haryana) 122001
                            In our society in more than 300 houses builder has provided panasonic ac’s before possession

                            Each house has 4-5 ac’s of panasonic, most o[censored]s have taken the possession in 2014 onwards
                            We have been living houses having ac’s but for the first time we (Most of the owners) have been facing ac gas leakage problem

                            Initially since builder’s project team was there as possession was given in phases, they used to get the gas filled at their own

                            Most of the owners are facing the problem of ac gas leakage, which we never heard before these panasonic ac
                            May be it is installation problem or problem in the ac itself

                            After some time when project team had also gone and warranty was also over, every time we have been asked to pay rs. 2500/- for ac gas
                            Same engineer who comes from panasonic from your customer service center gives a discounted rates and does it on a personal level

                            Which has become business model for them, we as a consumer just to save rs.[protected] getting them refilled from the same panasonic service engineer.

                            Today i again called at your customer care number[protected], was given a service request no: r[protected]
                            I had specifically told the customer care executive we have been paying for this ac gas refilling every year, need to talk to somebody who can give us permanent solution
                            I will not pay anything as we have already paid lot of money for refilling of ac gas

                            I have for my ac’s in last 2 years paid over 12k that too on discounted rates. (With so many times project team has got them refilled)
                            I am not in a position to spend more on these ac’s

                            I just got the call, she again asked me that they will send some executive and will charge for gas refilling

                            My point is why do we have to refill the gas every season?
                            If it is installation problem, then it has to be taken care by you
                            If problem is with ac, these needs to be replaced

                            As more than 300 flats with almost 4-5 ac each facing the same issue

                            If consumers are of any importance to you, would request you to please get this inspected
                            You would find this persistent problem in the entire society
                            We are just 12-15 km from your corporate office in gurgaon

                            Early action in this regard would be appreciated

                              Hi,
                              I have bought a panasonic led 24" tv on 20th april, 2016 and within 15 days i. E. On 7th may, 2016 the display of the tv was not working. How come a new bought tv whose display will be a defect?? I have raised a complaint to panasonic customer care as well and they sent me a service guy who checked it on 9th may, 2016 and promised me that it is a defective product and it will be replaced within 7 days.

                              Today is the 11th day from the day of visit of the service guy and still i'm yet to receive any update from the panasonic service center situated in chennai. Is this the way you treat your customer who bought a tv from your company on his own money believing your brand name??

                              I dont want a repaired part. Why should i get a repaired part for a defective which has gone vain in just 15 days.

                              Please prioritize this request and refund me the full amount at the earliest. With this i have attached the bill copy for your reference.

                                Hi,

                                I have bought a Panasonic LED 24" TV on 20th April, 2016 and hardly after 16 days i.e. on May 7th, 2016 the display was not working. I have raised a complaint to Panasonic customer care as well reg this and they sent me a service guy who checked the product and promised that the product is defective and it will be replaced within next 7 days.

                                But today is the 10th day after the visit of the service guy still I didnt get any revert from the customer care service center. Even if I call them for update there is no proper respince from them.This is how you treat the customer who bought a tv for 14k of his own money?

                                Please prioritize this request and deliver a new product of the same specification or refund the full amount at the earliest.

                                  Hayagriva show room, visakhapatnam-ap, 27/02/2014, displayed (Open box item) sold to me for 13000/- with in 2 yrs of moderate usage (Daily 3 to 4 hours) lost picture after 15 minutes of on get only audio, today customer care of panasonic said 4800/- + 350 (Out technicians said 3000/- only) for repair and no warranty (18/05/2016). How can we say thar panasonic is a durable company or good company road side companies also works for 2 years and low cost but it is expensive and no customer support. Very bad, very sad.

                                    I regret to inform you that i purchased the led t. V. (22c4000dx) on 12/09/2015, which is under warranty. Subsequently, i had informed your customer care several times and 2-3 times service engineers inspected the same and opined that the 'display panel' is not functioning and advised me to contact to mr. Madhav[protected] & mr. Sathish ([protected]). Both are telling us although the said t. V. Is within warranty period, yet they are unable to repair the same on the plea that the said set is obsolete and spare parts are unavailable. Further, he advised me to give a demand draft for rs.1850/- in favour of panasonic india pvt. Ltd. For a new model ' 24" for the replacement/up-gradation of the defective set after deducting depreciation from the face value of the defective set, although i am not supposed to pay the same within warranty period. But till now no communication has been made and also no ‘approval’ is given to me. Being a regular customer of panasonic i am feeling very much inconvenience as you know very well that t. V. Is one of the medium of entertainment to kids.

                                    As the tv is just 6 month old, why i pay the amount to upgrade the tv. If spare is not available in the company then why thses product are selling in the market, please explain.

                                    I hope that you will resolve the matter at earliest so that i am not compelled to go for “consumer forum”, the last resort of solution.

                                      I purchased a led t. V from your distributors show room at rajkot.
                                      The model no th-42as610d and serial no, 15ccq08909 and date of purchase
                                      Is 10/11/2015.
                                      Tv is not working properly and sound system is too bad. Once approached your service centre but not satisfied with the services. Please look in to it and replace the defective piece as soon as possible.
