I have applied for PCC through Passport Seva Kendra Thane on 2nd February, 2015 . They said that within a weeks time i will get any email on the same.
Its been 3 weeks and i haven't heard anything from the PSK Thane, when i enquired about it in the Local Mahatma Phule police station where my file should have received they say they haven't received any such PCC application from PSK.
When i checked online on PSK site it shows my application has already send to the Police Station by 9th February, 2015.

Please assist me in getting this done sooner. My file no. is TH[protected]

1. It is to inform you that, I had applied for passport during 03 Sep 2012 vide my letter No TH[protected]. Your office vide letter No OBJ/[protected]/12 dt 07 Sep 2012 has raised few observations. Subsequently have fullfill the Observations/meet the requirement by way of giving photocopies of required documents personally and obtained receipt of the same on 07 Dec 2012.

2. Sir, I have not yet been received required passport even more than three months had passed. How long it will take to prepare new passport or will I not get the same. Kindly reply me at the earliest.

3. In view of the above you are requested to look into the matter at your earliest for favorable and speedy response.

I have applied for my passport on 10th Jan 2012 through old PP System(THN-R[protected]. Till date havn't received my passport. Its already been 6 months. I tried calling several times on Thane PP office ph. nos [protected]. Nobody picking up calls. Sent an email on rpo.[protected]@mea.gov.in , again no response. I am getting following status on passportstatus.nic.in since last 1 month:- "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be dispatched in a weeks time". Please look into this matter, may I know the reason for delay.

My name is Sandeep Mallick, I applied for passport and my documentation is done in Passport Seva Kendra(Thane) on 16th May,2012. I cleared my Police verification and it was done on 19th June,2012. When I use to called the customer care of Passport Seva Kendra(Thane) no one picks the call,And when I check application status it shows that police verification report is not received ,and if they didn't receive the report they can't dispatch the passport.And my police verification is already done.
So Sir I request u to help me in this matter,what should I do.
I require it urgently as my interview is there in next week,and I require passport for that.l got a opportunity to go abroad for job, I request u to please help me,as m the one who can look forward for my family and it depend on my career.

AND MY MOTHER -IN-LAW

I APPLIED ON 27TH FEB 2012 AND THE POLICE VERIFICATION AS COMPLETED ON 6TH APRIL 2012.
WE HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED THE PASSPORTS.
THE STATUS ON THE WEBSITE SAYS THAT THE POLICE REPORT HAS NOT YET BEEN RECEIVED.
HOWEVER AN E-MAIL TO RPO THANE GAVE US A REPLY THAT THE POLICE VERIFICATION REPORT WAS RECEIVED BY THE PASSPORT OFFICE ONLY ON 25th MAY 2012. ONE MONTH HAS PASSED SINCE THEN. As per the website "http://passportstatus.nic.in" after long time, it's reflecting "Passport has been despatched by post on[protected] vide postal Registration Number A2068.", but I haven't recieved my Passport, if I visit to nearest Post office, they will say, they haven't recieved any post in my name, and in case if we recieve, then we will send it to your given address.
But it is almost 8 days, I haven't recieved my Passport, and I do not know how many days Post officer's will take to deliver the Passport within the city.

Please help me on this as soon as possible, because I want to file B1 by next wednesday, and I am scared about my Passport.

I had applied for the passport of my wife on 27th Jan 2012 (file No - N001947) Name: Mercy Philip. The police verification was sent from Vasai East police station on 15th March (Despatch number - 227-15/03/2012) .
the online status continues to be police verification not received. My several attempts to contact the customer care didnt yield result. Mail to grievance cell bounces back.

My file number is THN- N- 002960 and my application date is 9nd February 2012 and i have not yet received my passport. When we went to the police station after two months (as it is written on the receipt that any inquiry before completion of 45 days after the inquiry will not be entertained), they said that they don't know anything about the matter in a very blunt way. And when we check the status online it says that the police report has not been received. AND NOW ITS BEEN 4 MONTHS AND 2 DAYS BUT I DON'T KNOW WHERE IS MY PASSPORT.... whenever i think of filing a complaint on passport seva site, unfortunately the page never gets loaded.

i have submitted all the required documents along with old passport for renewal on[protected] at thane passport office.My police verification has been completed & cleared.My file reference number is THN-V[protected].Its been more than a month my online status is showing the same message"Police Report is clear and the passport is expected to be despatched by[protected]. Subject to all documents being in order".........today is 21st May-2012 what kind of service it is? Every document has been submitted & showed in original--even at the police station all the required documents & certificates have been submitted & showed in original & police report has been clear---now the passport department what they want? what they mean subject to all documents being in order? Its just harrassment to the consumer, creating incovenience, waste of time,money & energy? Is this called efficient service?Is this called Customer Care? Will anyone going to act on my complain? Or else everything is going to fall on deaf ears?
I am really frustrated & upset over the negligence of the Thane passport office.I am hoping against hope...but still i am loding this complain to vent out my anger & frustration.

Dear Sir, I have applied for passport renovation for my son (DEV PRALHAD PAWAR), application Number : THN-J[protected] applied on 5 Mar 2012 to Thane passport office.

Two weeks back status is as below as per website but yet to get the passport :
"Police Report is clear and the passport is expected to be dispatched by[protected]. Subject to all documents being in order."

from past two weeks status is as below:
"It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the dispatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be dispatched in a week's time"

Once I get the passport, Visa needs to be applied for my son since his school entrance exam is planned in Shanghai, if he fails to attend the entrance exam I am afraid he will lose one academic year.

Multiple mails sent to RPO thane but no reply so far (attached for reference), kindly help to share reason for delay / actual status of application.

My wife went to the passport office in Thane and she is being asked to submit Some affidavit from Saudi embassy, but for what reason I dontt understand. I personally had submitted the Form adn was given the receipt and file number.

Sir, I would kindly request you to ask the concerned authority to issue the passport immediately. A child of one year finds so much dificulty in issunace of Passport, I can understand hopw horrendeous it would be for an Adult to get the passport, also i feel that minorities are facing more of problems to get the passport made.

I am Mayuresh D .This is to bring to your notice that it’s been 56 days from the date I have submitted my passport i.e.20.12.2011 still my passport status shows Police report not received. It’s really disappointing the way I am getting responses from passport office and local police office since last 1 month. I was made to run from pillar to post. Passport office says check with Commissioner Office, Commissioner Office says check with local police office, local police says we will call you when we receive the file. I have visited each office atleast Thrice but everytime I get same reply.

Now I have been left with no choice but to escalate the matter to you. Please consider this mail as personal request and help me in getting my passport.
