Pay TM — Amount deducted but recharge not done | |||||
I have recharged a my tata docomo (order no.#[protected] ) mobile bill (July 03, 2016). The payable amount is 1978 INR which I have paid using my pay tm account. The transaction was success and amount got deducted from my account but the bill payment not done. Please transfer my amount back. Yesterday I was received 4-5 calls with different nos.([protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]) from Pay tm and asking to me my debit card number & cvv and all details related to my account and assuring to me return my amount with in 1 hours but my amount still not return and my debit card & pay tm account is blocked.
