    Hi, I have tried to make payment to TTD of Rs.1200(+charges) on 30th Dec 2020. But the transaction got failed in payment gateway, the amount was deducted from my axis bank account. Still the amount was not returned back to my source account. Please refund the amount to my account.

        I have made an payment of ₹.6, 77, 482/- through techprocess solutions ltd to muthoot finance but it is not cleared and muthoot hasn't received the payment yet but the amount from my bank account is debited through techprocess gateway.kindly look after my issue and manage a refund.

          Hello sir
          Sir I made a payment on 20 January 2021 at 12:25 AM theough Herbalife website. The payment was declined at that moment but money was debited from my account. The ammount was 59280.30. It has been 7 days since the ammount was debited but it is not credited back to my account.
          Kindly look into this issue as soon as possible

            I have done online payment of Rs 16, 620 on 22nd January for paying Margadarshi chit amount through paynimo and Amazon pay UPI. The money got deducted from my citi bank account but when I check with Margadarshi team they say that money is not credited in their account. This is my debited message from my bank . “Your Citibank A/c has been debited with INR 16620.00 on 22-JAN-2021 at 08:49 and account ieipl.[protected]@icici has been credited. UPI Ref no.[protected]”
            Also attaching screenshot from Amazon pay UPI transaction.

                              I am mandeep Virdi from jind. I have paid my interest of 1200 through My Debit Rupay card Through provided link by company Tech process. I have paid my interest of Muthoot gold loan 27th of October 2020.. I already called to Many times last 2months also mail Muthoot care Executive . They told every time wait for some days. My money will refund.. But after more days they sent me mail. Please solved my problem..
