This is to inform you that I paid my muthoot finance gold loan interest via imuthoot app via upi payment option middle of the transaction there is a pop-up payment failed but amount deducted Rs.3862 and credited to ieipl.[protected]@icici

Transaction date is 22/10/2020.
Pls revert my money back.

    I have made a payment of Rs. 1050 through BHIM APP transaction ID[protected] for MSEDCL via Paynimo gateway Request ID 62716419, but the same got deducted from my Bank account but not credited to the Merchant account, please help me in tracing the amount

      i had made payment to jbvnl jharkhand FOR THE CONSUMER NO N6047, DALTONGANJ URBAN AREA on 21.10.2020 using two mode.
      1st time i tried to make payment using union bank account of amount 3392.00 with tech process reference id[protected] . the amounT debited from my account o[censored]nion bank account ending with [protected] but while paying the amount a message came that payment has failed . then i tried to make payment using google pay having upi id damo.[protected]@okaxis .then payment suCcessfully done. so by both method amount debited from my account . so it is requested to refund amount o[censored]nion bank which was declared unsucCessful after which i made payment using upi method. upi transaction id[protected] dated 21.10.2020, time 01.02 pm. UPI ID damo.[protected]@okaxis

      Plz refund any one amount as i got transaction failure message on laptop screen then i paid second time using google pay which was sucessful

        Failed online transactionAmount debited from bank, but not received by Mahanagar Gas, it is still not reflected at MGL Site.

        I have made online payment of Mahanagar Gas bill on 20-Oct-20 for month of Oct’20.

        It has been successfully debited from bank, however is not reflected at Mahangar gas site & is showing error as ‘Payment gateway Error’ as invalid session.

          Ratnagiri Municipal Council provides online tax payment service through our website rmcratnagiri.in which receipt is not generated if customer is using google chrome due to bug.
          As there is issue with TechProcess payment gateway along with google chrome browser, kindly resolve the issue as early as possible so that our customers will get receipts through all browsers

                    I initiated the process of payment through netbanking but the process failed twice and amount got deducted twice as well.

                        I had paid my JBVNL electricity bill on 17/10/2020 via UPI on jbvnl.co.in !! Even after paying money receipt didn't appear on Screen, instead of that an error msg came on Screen !! It has been 4 Days today Since the day I have done my payment !! Please refund my money or Reflect the paid amount in my electricity bill account !!

                            Hi Team,

                            I was doing the online payment towards property tax payment at website ambarnathcouncil.net however the amount is deducted from my ICICI bank but the the payment to Ambarnath Nagarparishad did not happened and its still showing the amount is outstanding towards property tax on their website .

                            Kindly confirm the process for refund of the amount INR 3208.71 or Techprocess can initiate the payment for this failed transaction.

                            The date of this transaction from my ICICI bank is 19 Oct 2020 at 8.25pm.

                                    I have made payment of energy charges on 18.10.2020 to JVBNL for Consumer number P965 & KMT1007 of Rs 651 and Rs 634 respectively but both the times, my bank transaction was successful but payment accepted by payment gateway was a failure each time. Last month I also faced the same problem but after a request I got my problem resolved and payment was made to JVBN. This time also failure occurred on payment gateway part so I request to resolve the issue and please make sure that this does not happen next time.
