[Resolved]  Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — cucet application form payment failure- balance deducted twice

I made two payments for applying CUCET application. One is on[protected] of 800/- with transaction ID "PUR/CENTRAL UNIVERSITY OF/MUMBAI" with axis bank debit card. And another is on[protected] of 803.78/- with transaction ID "833116" VIA SBI debit card. In both the cases balance got deducted but transaction was incomplete and went pending. Please take necessary action to resolve my issue. I'm adding screenshots with the transaction details.

I have done transaction through your platform but transaction was failed and amount was debited from my account but not credited in beneficiary account. So pls refund as soon as possible.

TRANSACTION DATE :- 23/03/2020

Amount of Rs. 817 debited from my Union Bank dehradun account on 18/03/2020. Trans ID refrenece is S26272045.

This was for payment of BSNL Bill.

BSNL Account still shows unpaid after 48 hours.
