[Resolved]  Paytm — Airtel Postpaid Bill Rs.800 paid throgh Paytm on 6.10.2014 but still not updated

I've paid Airtel postpaid Bill of Rs.800 through Paytm on 6th October'2014 but still it is not getting updated for the particular Airtel number. After that I kept a mail to 'Paytm Care' but they didn't reply anything. After that I rang to Paytm customer care[protected] for support on this and recorded my complaint on 14th October'2014. *After few minutes, I got a call from PAYTM customer care - the number is '[protected]' and the customer care officer asked me about the details of the complaint and said he will solve the problem, for this he asked our SBI debit card number, expiry date on card and the secret password of that card. I've given all the details regarding the SBI Debit Card, by taking all these he said he will solve the problem as soon as possible. **After few minutes, I had received a message to the number -[protected] - regarding my account balance in SBI card have been deducted of Rs.10 and after a couple of minutes my balance of Rs.500 has been deducted from my account without my knowledge. And, around at 10pm I received a message regarding Rs.10 has been deducted from my SBI account. ***Seeing all this, I called to SBI customer care and requested to block my SBI debit card due to hacking. After the blocking of SBI card, I had received a message regarding my account balance - that means it was hacking from some other persons. This was only done after when I given my SBI debit card details to PAYTM customer care officer. ****At all the time of this happen, my SBI debit card is at my wallet***** I ever think only customer support can all do this. When we have some problem, we can call customer care by thinking we will have some support from them. But how the people of customer care persons can do all these. This is the only request from my side that don't ever do like this and updated my Rs.800 to the Airtel number - [protected] -which was successfully payment done through PAYTM service on 6th October'2014. Details: Transaction receipt Order no: #[protected] Mon Oct 06 2014 **If not possible, revert the whole amount to the respective Bank account with immediate effect.** *****Please give revert as soon as possible*****
