Paytm — Amount deducted but recharge failed

Dear sir i recharged my tatasky on 24-10-15 of rs 500 through my credit card. but amount deducted but recharge failed. my amount neither credited into my credit card nor the payTM wallet. i asked the SBI credit card customer support but they replied that Paytm has claimed the amount. but paytm is saying transaction was failed. i dont know how can i solve this problem. today Paytm also removed the transaction history from my order history. i have already taken snapshot of the order history. order id is [protected]. kindly resolve the problem.
