[Resolved] Paytm — amount has not been credited to TATA DOCOMO, but debited from Credit Card | |||
MY Tata Docomo Data card Bill was rs 449 and Due date was 9th May 2014.I had paid the amount on 6th May through PAYTM website and till today the amount has not been credited in my TATA Docomo account though the same amount had been debited from my credit card on the same day (6th May 2014) .Thus i had paid the same amount in TATA DOCOMO using another Credit Card on 11th May 2014. Regarding the same every day I had sent 2-33 email all the email they are replying that they are looking into this but today its more than 9 days i have not got any resolution.Please help..I need your help to get the issue resolved.
