Paytm — bescom bills payment deducted from bank. but not paid to bescom

Dear PAYTM, Citibank transactions.: [protected], [protected] and 666007 are paid from my side and amount got deducted in citibank. but the bills are not paid to BESCOM electricity board. pls refund the same amount Rs. 1078.00 (335+441+302 respectively) asap.
