Paytm — Bsnl bill amount rs 390 for mobile no.[protected] refund. Almost 3 yrs passed.In past regularly complain on [protected]@paytm.com

Kindly deposit / refund Rs390 store with you as the bill payment of BSNL mobile [protected] was unsuccessful

during the process on Dt.6.7.2013.Although the amount Rs390.00 was successful transferred (ONE97 COMMUNICATIONS L) to Paytm Mobile Solution Pvt Ltd on date 6.7.2013 through my bank State Bank of Bikaner Jaipur.

Regarding this I have e-mail you on same day i.e. 6.7.2013 but no refund has been made till date.Therefore I once request you to make refund of the same at the earliest.
