Paytm — Damaged product received

Hi All,
This is Gunveer singh unfortunately, I ordered the products on Paytm but had worst experience with it.

I purchased a iBall Slide 3G 7345Q-800 Tablet (Grey) from paytm on 22nd Jul 15 and seller was SUN SYSTEMS with cost 9000 and I will get cash back of 1350.
They promised to delivered this products till 31st Jul.
I received a call on 28th Jul from ecom express number [protected] and he told me that your item has came and he wants to meed me to receive it. As I was in the office so I called to my wife to receive it.
She received it at 11.00 AM and opened it immediately. She found that the product was damage as screen was cracking at many points and nothing was in operational. Without wasting the time, She called me and informed the same. Meanwhile the courier guy left the place so I called on the same number and talked the courier guy. He told me that the courier company has no business in this damage product and I need to talk paytm.
Immediately my wife cancelled the product on paytm and send an eamil with damage products picture on [protected]@paytm.com. I called to paytm and talked Both Mehga, Abhishek guys. They asked me send all picks again as they were unable to open it. So again I send all the picks of damage products and accessories to them on [protected]@paytm.com
I will never recommend paytm to my friends to deals with it. there are many e-commerce specialist in the market that has good seller with them, As it's not like that SUN SYSTEMS as paytm has.
I am very surprised that did SUN SYSTEMS thought that customer is fool or we have black money to use like this ?
Truly I am very upset with the service of Paytm and I will give negative point and I am very surprises that what they thought before packing this damage tablet.
I am good to claim a 100% brand new product, If I paid for new product. There is no meaning to take damage product after 5- days.


It's a harassment of customer. I trust on your paytm and order a IBall tablet after paying advance Rs 9000. I got a defected piece from your seller. But thing gone more burst when I looking for refund for the same defected piece. I will called it a scam who theft a people.

I am continuously in touch with your executive just after received the damage tab but they are just making fool me for the refund procedure.

I called to your customer care for the refund they told me send all picks of damage product. At the very same time, I have send all the picks of dame product and later, they informed to wait 24 hours.

I called on 29th Jul and Your customer care executive told me that courier guy will pick the damage item within 3-5 days. After 3 days I called to Paytm and checked the status as the courier guy didn't come to pick this damage piece then your executive monorma told me that your refund request is not approved and whenever it's not approved courier guy will not pick this item.

I am unable to understand what's going and no body is clear about the things. Three days before your executive told me that every thing is good to go and courier guy will pick the damage item within 3-5 days and after three days your customer care executive told me that it's not approved and will take 72 hours more.
