Paytm — Deducted money for unsuccessful transaction and not sending OTP for login | |||
When i login to paytm it shows another window which asks for OTP but i am not getting any OTP on my mobile number also tried with call option for otp nothing works. amount of 524.00 and 602.50 has been deducted from my HDFC BANK ( via netbanking) account in the name of paytm even though transaction was shown as unsuccessful while ordering from food panda using paytm. Raised concern to their support team but no plausible solution provided Ticket# raised to support team: [protected] [protected] Customer care asked stupid questions like is your mobile number active or working or in use because my mobile number is active and in use thats all no aresonse on amount deduction provided and login problem not fixed.
