Paytm — Done fraudulent by selling old used and defective products | |||||
Order Number:# [protected] Invoice Number:[protected] Invoice Date:[protected] Summary: 1. Sent Used, Old & Defective product. 2. Accessories are also defective. 3. Their representative & Seller not resolving the issue. 4. Same product with same IMEI sold to Mr. Krishna Bhodale (954543...5), Aurangabad, MH on 23rd July 2015 by same seller through Flipkart.com under order number OD[protected]. 5. He requested replacement in August & got new mobile. 6. Then the seller sent it to me in December through Paytm.com. 7. From then I am trying continuously for it''s replacement but both seller & paytm is not sincerely trying to resolve it. 8. I also complaint it earlier here under complaint name[protected] but it''s showing closed while problem is still not resolved. 9. Please take strict action as soon as possible.
