Paytm — failed transaction refund

Iam kapil lodhi and i did a transaction on 20 december but it completed but internet connection interrupted so in bank statement it is howing paid to paytm but its been a 1 month and paytm did not reverse my payment my bank also said they did not receive any kind of refund from paytm i already contacted paytm regarding this issue but paytm told to wait for 7 days then 14 now i wanted to talk to manager about the issue manager also disconnected my call so what should i do now
