[Resolved] Paytm Mall — received old shoes | |||
Order no [protected] 00:11am, 10 april 2018 I ordered lotto white sneakers. The delivery was made by xpressbees. I received old muddy shoes in the packet. The delivery boy refused to take them back and suggested me to file a return. Twice i have raised the return but both the times the courier boys from bluedart who come to take the muddy old shoes back refuse to take them saying they need new shoes in return only. How am i supposed to return new shoes for the refund when i received old ones? Paytm doesn't respond to this. They don't even register my complaint on the app. They are fraud. May 2, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved The company finally sent someone to take the old muddy shoes back and did refund my money. All this happened within 3 days. I am really grateful to consumercomplaints.in | |||
