I have made a transaction of rs 1087 through paytm. i have paid my landline bill payment ... amount debited frm my credit card ... it is not showig in paytm passbook neither i got reciept of that... paytm is making frawd to people. i have mailed 4-6 times to paytm but there is no response... take strict againt paytm..i have taken screenshot of that trancation.. order no- [protected] paytm id - devil.[protected]@gmail.com. paytm mobile no- [protected]. contact no- [protected]. I was added 17000 in my wallet in[protected] & 2000 in[protected] but is not added in may paytm wallet but deducted in my account pleaase solve the problem.

I had recharged Rs-700 to my IDEA MOBILE NO [protected] through BANK OF INDIA debitcard using Paytm site and I get no confirmation massage from paytm site that my account has been recharged, my balance cut off from my account but my account does not recharged .
I would be glad if takes some action against Paytm

My paytm account registered with pooja.[protected]@yahoo.com was got blocked with rs. 817.43, now i have created new id with same id and same mobile no. and surprisingly its created with same id and mobile no.. but my old balance is not shown. its shown 0 balance in my wallet.
please help me.
