Paytm Mobile Solutions — amount debited but transaction not done

As per the information given by sbi credit card customer care, i have done transaction of rs. 1205 on 18.11.2017 vide reference no.[protected] through paytm (Copy of mail received from gmail enclosed) and the same amount has been debit from my sbi credit card.
But as per track records of my paytm account, i have not done the aforesaid transaction (Copy enclosed) with reference no.[protected]. Hence, it is requested to kindly resolve the problem at the earliest.
