Paytm Mobile Solutions — Amount debited recharge not done | |||||
I am writing this complaint to bring to your kind notice that i have done one reliance jio recharge of rs 303 on 7 april 2017 and the amount was debited from my paytm wallet and the recharge did not took place inspite of the reference number being generated ipt[protected] and wallet order id [protected]. Kindly arrange to refund back the amount to my paytm wallet as early as possible. I can be contacted on my number ++++++++0177. My jio number is ++++++++6268. My jio reference is br000045spsz. Kindly help me in this regard because when i took up the matter with paytm they said they have processed the payment from their side and only the merchant can help in this regard and when i took up the matter with the jio they said we have not recieved any payment. Now kindly try to provide me explanation in this regard that where did my money go inspite of the reference number being generated from the merchant and client side and neither my recharge took place. Therefore after having such a bad experience with paytm cc and jio cc i am taking this matter to external agency for resolution. Was this information helpful? | |||||
