Paytm Mobile Solutions — amount deducted from bank but irctc ticket not booked | |||
Hi, Hi, I have booked ticket on irctc using paytm from hdfc bank a/c and the amount debited inr 265 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i checked at my bank statement and it confirmed that money has been debited. Irctc anyway unable to say any status. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to get the status of the booking nor the refund. I have booked my ticket on 02 sep 2018 till i don't received my refund.
